Some hard-hitting lefties were desperately needed in the Yankees batting order, and the Yankees front office delivered by signing Anthony Rizzo from the Cubs, and Joey Gallo from the Rangers. These two new additions will make an immediate impact on this struggling New York lineup. It is about time they bring in some left-handed sluggers to take advantage of that short right-field porch at Yankee Stadium. Gallo and Rizzo will look to spark an offense that is 25th in runs scored per game (4.15) and 23rd in hits per game (7.71).
