The 89.2 MPH exit velocity has been the highest for him in the Statcast era. Davies has a four-pitch arsenal (sinker, changeup, curveball, cutter) and his curveball has been his best pitch as it has a .133 batting average with a .200 slugging percentage. He faced off against the Cardinals twice back in 2019 as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers and in those games, he went 0-1 with four runs on 10 hits with three walks and eight strikeouts.
