I am taking Portland at home tonight over Phoenix. A lot of love out there tonight for the Suns but Portland has been in lock down mode on their home court. Portlands defense at home is #1 in the NBA and that is the deciding factor in this pick tonight. At in the revenge factor for a 5 point loss in Phoenix you have your ingredients for a home court cover.

Need to get this one in before the deadline but I am taking Louisville on the road tonight in Miami. Line is heading in the right direction with heavy money on Miami at home. We are going to follow the money tonight.

I see some love out there today for Creighton but I just do not see it. Creighton is 1-9 in their last 10 and lost by 15 to Georgetown in Georgetown earlier in the month. I believe Georgetown will win straight up and I do not see this only being a 1 point game. Looking at common opponents Georgetown beat Villanova by 20 and Creighton lost to Nova by 21. Creighton lost to Marquette and Georgetown beat them by 10 with both teams playing Marquette at Marquette.

I see Georgetown winning by at least 5 in this one.

Torornto has struggled against the spread as of late but I think they can cover the 3 tonight in Indiana. Toronto beat Indiana by 12 in Toronto and have outscored the Pacers by 10 points per game. I believe the linesmakers put this at 3 for people to believe its a trap and to bet the Pacers. The Raptors dominate Indiana in every category except defensive rebounds so you have to give a very strong edge to the Raptors. Toronto is heathy and with other Eastern Powerhouses struggling, they know this is their year to make a run.

I am backing Green Bay to make this a great game this afternoon. I believe they can win this game so I think 8.5 is a gift.

I am putting out my Game of the week today on Iowa State. Iowa State has outscored their opponents by over 12 points a game and being at home over Kansas is a huge deal. Iowa State has actually been playing better on the road then at home so I see them putting in maximum effort today in front of the home town faithful. This should be a great game.

Been watching this one all day and its time to make our move. I think this one is about to pop with heavy sharp money coming in on the Wiz.  

I am going to take Milwaukee in this Thursday afternoon affair. The NY Knicks continue to be in sad shape even with the man they wanted in the front office running the show. Basically everyone but Amare on the trading and block so why show up today? The Knicks are 13-26 ATS and have been outscored by 9 points per game. Milwaukee Just beat the Knicks by 13 on their home court so they should be able to cover the 6 today at home.

Call me crazy because I know Philly is brutal but they have been playing a lot better as of late. Philly has been losing by an average of 12.6 points per game and only lost to Atlanta by 18 the other night. Yes its sad saying only lost by 18 but that is actually not bad against the Hawks as bad as they have played this year. Im taking a shot at this one tonight with even money.

Golden State enters Utah tonight with the highest scoring offense in the league. Golden State has outscored their opponents by an average of 11 points per game and I see them beating up on Utah tonight. Golden State has outscored Utah by 13 points per game this season and actually beat them by 13 the first time out at home to cover the 12 point spread. Golden State dominates Utah in almost every statistical category and is just the better team. 

I am backing VCU on the road over Road Island. Line is going in the right direction on this one.

Wanted to see if this would jump to 3 before I made my play. Knew LSU was the wrong play last night and had to bail so really needed to see that push to 3 in our favor.

I love this LSU team and I love them in Missouri tonight. Missouri has struggled in conference and I think 2 points is to little for this LSU team that has outscored their opponents by over 10 points a game this season.

I have to back Dallas tonight on the road over Detroit. I know there is a lot of love for this Detroit team tonight but I cant figure out why. Dallas has outscored their opponents by 7.3 PPG and average 17 PPG more then Detroit. Detroit is also 8-17 ATS on the season. I see an absolute blow out in this one tonight and I will be backing Dallas. 

I am going to be backing Cleveland at home tonight over Atlanta. Both teams are playing really well right now with Cleveland winning 9 of their last 11 and Atlanta 10 of their last 11. This should be a very good Eastern Division matchup that Cleveland needs to win. Cleveland needs to get better in the rebound category as they are the third worst team in the league.

I am taking MTSU and the points tonight. I had circled this game and now im watching the line move as well. The play on this One is MTSU 

I am going to take South Alabama and the points. I just do not see Pepperdine 11 points better, even with South Alabama traveling west. South Alabama has had trouble covering on the road but they are playing much better of late. Line is already moving on this one so sharp money is definately on South Alabama.

I am taking Houston tonight on the road against Sacramento. Sacramento has come back down to earth after their hot start. Sacramento has lost 6 of their last 8 while Houston has won 4 of their last 5 and 8 of their last 10 on the road. Houston is a top road team and has owned Sacramento winning 12 of their last 16 in Sacramento.

Really liking this Houston team tonight.  

I have absolutely no idea why Davidson is the dog in this game but we will find out soon enough. Both teams have outstanding defenses giving up 67 and 69 PPG but the offensive numbers are not even close. Davidon has the number 1 3 point shooting team in the country hitting 12 a game. Davidson also outscores Montana by 19 PPG. Mabe vegas doesnt see them traveling well but Davidson should roll on the road in this one.

Arkansas State is in for a very rude awakening at Purdue tonight. Their last 2 games were at Belhaven and Central Arkansas and now travel to face the Boilermakers. Purdue is 7-2 on the year and 3-1 ATS at home. Arkansas State has only played 4 games so far this season and are 2-2. Their 2 losses they kept close but they were not playing a Purdue. Purdue will win this one by 20. 

I am taking UTEP tonight on the road over Nex Mexico State. UTEP is a very good road team going 2-0 ATS and 9-3 SU in their last 12. New Mexico has struggled over the years with UTEP going 8-15 in their last 23.

Taking Butler at home today over Northwestern.

Dallas in another game where I wanted to watch the line and its beginning to pop to 6 at some books. Dallas is the highest scoring team in the NBA and I am really looking at the point differential in this one. Dallas has outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points and I have to add another 3 to that for home court tonight. Phoenix playing as well as they have being a 6 poin dog tells me the play is Dallas.

Should have taking this at 6 but wanted to see what the line would do when Howard was ruled out. Houston has the numer 1 defense in the NBA and Minnesota has the second worst dense in the NBA. When both teams average within 1 point of each other. Its a no brainer to see Houston is the play. Houston is also the numer 1 3 point shooting team so far this season averaging 12.1 threes per game. Minnesota is the second worst in 3 pointers in the league and going up against this defense, they wi9ll have a tough time staying in this one.

Houston should walk away with a double digit win in this one. 

I am putting out a top play on Virginia tonight on the road in Maryland. Two 7-0 teams facing off in this primetime game. This should be a really good team but #8 Virginia should cover this with ease. Virginia has the second best defense in the league holding opponents to 43.6 PPG. They also hold their opponents to the third worst field gola % at 30.1% PG. Virginia also has a 23.3 Point Differential per game. Maryland can score but they havnt faces a defense like this one all season. Virginia is 4-1 ATS and 2-0 ATS on the road. Maryland is 1-3-1 ATS at home this season.

I missed this one when it was 3 and I hope it doesnt come back and bite us. Need to get this one out now

I am going to roll with 6-0 Northern Iowa at home this afternoon against 2-2 Richmond. I have this game capped at 10 so we have great value here.

I am going to ride with the Skins today with Colt Mccoy. 

I am going to take the juice and get Balty at -6. Baltimore at home vs a decimated San Diego team on the road. This one should be very lopsided.

Major revenge after last year win for Alabama.  I think this one will be an absolute blow out as Alabama must win and must put on a showcase for the voters. 

Goling to play New Orleans and the points tonight

Wisconsin is on a mission and I do not see the Golden Gophers slowing down this offensive attack this afternoon.

I am going to take Umass and the points. I dont see this spread being as high as 7 so I have to take the live road dog in this spot.

I want to get this one in before it goes to -7/-7.5. Memphis right now is one of the best teams in the NBA. They have absolutely dismantled teams this season as they have one of the best defenses in the NBA. Kobe s going to need 50 tonight to keep this close. Memphis is absolutely rolling right now winning by an average of 8 PPG. LA on the other hand is brutal losing by almost 10 PPG. LA looked like they were making progress then they got blown out by Dallas and lost to Denver. 

Memphis is by far the better team and LA is 1-6 at home so I do noy see home court mattering much.

I am coming right back with Iowa State today over Maryland. Iowa State beat a decent Alabama club yesterday by 10 points, while Maryland covered against ASU. I just dont see anyone slowing down this ISU team that is averaging 86 points per game and were the big 12 champs a year ago. Maryland has played some weak opponents so far this season while ISU has beat some very good teams early in the season. I think this game should be -8 but since Maryland is 4-0, they are way over valued right now. 

I am putting out a top play today on the Pelicans at home over the Kings. Both of these teams have similar numbers and I knoe people with say the Kings have the revnge factor but this game isnt in Sacramento. New Orleans went out there 10 days ago and beat them by 6 on their home floor. New Orleans is 4-1 at home and I do not see them struggling to cover this spread tonight.
