Cornhuskers (+) over Commodores - Both clubs enter this battle with 27 wins the most in any single season both both programs. Vanderbilt took down Tennessee and Florida in the SEC championship before bowing to Arkansas. Nebraska who started the year with 18 straight win were defeated in their opening Big-12 tournament falling to Purdue before dispatching Troy in the NCAA first round. Take NEBRASKA!

L.A. Clippers at Dallas 8:30 ET

Clippers (-) over Mavericks - These two clubs met twice in November and split the pair each winning of the others home floor. Los Angeles had it going good for awhile but have not dropped their last four games including back-to-back losses at New Orleans. Dallas has had a nightmare season finding difficult to overcome the massive number of injuries and have lost their last 10 games. The Clippers defeated the Mavericks 133-127 in overtime in their meeting in Dallas as Harden and Zubac combined for 68 points and 28rebounds in that win and both have been traded. Take LA CLIPPERS!

Miami at Houston 8:00 ET

Heat (+) over Rockets - Miami is mired in a three game losing streak that has seen their outstanding ATS record fall to 41-28-1. Those losses came on the heels of a seven game win streak while the Rockets who is expected be a title contender has shown cracks in their play and will fall by the waste side soon enough. Both clubs are among the NBA leaders in scoring defense but it is Houston’s offense that has stuttered. Take MIAMI!

Texas vs Gonzaga 7:10 ET

Bulldogs (-) over Longhorns - Goody goody for you and goody goody for me. Every year we see another great Gonzaga team fighting I get back to the Finals and atone for their poor performance when they had their big chance. Texas had to go through a play-in game and defeated NC State before they upset BYU Thursday. These two measure up evenly on offense but on the other end of the floor the Bulldogs are far superior ranking No. 30 while the Longhorns are ranked a sad 238. Take GONZAGA!

Cleveland at New Orleans 7:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Cavaliers - Cleveland has won the last four meetings between these two and seven of the past eight including one victory this season in December. The Cavaliers are struggling against the points and are 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Cav’s James Harden has added firepower in the wake of Donovan Mitchell being sidelined. New Orleans is in the middle of a six-game home winning streak where they haven’t been defeated since February 20. The Pelicans are 8.5-games behind Golden State for the final playoff play in game but have not quit on the season. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Texas A&M vs Houston 6:10 ET

Cougars (-) over Aggies - Houston is dreaming of getting back to the Championship game again this season and if they do get to then Final Four they would ave a ‘home’ court advantage. But, as tough as the Cougars are they really do not shot the ball all that well although they rebounded from their lost to Arizona in the Conference final with a 31-point win over Idaho. The Aggies were an upset winner over St. Mary’s (Money Game winner) in round one and are looking forward to facing this intra-state battle. Take TEXAS A&M

Louisville vs Michigan State 2:45 ET

Cardinals (+) over Spartans - These two national powers have had their runs at NCAA Championship wins and have combined for 50 wins. So it is not surprising that they have met twice in the Sweet-16 in 2009 and 2019. Louisville was lucky to get by South Florida winning by 4-points blowing a late double digit lead. The Spartans breezed past North Dakota State in their opening round win and will find the going a bit more difficult this time out. Take LOUISVILLE!

Missouri vs Miami 10:10 ET

Tigers (+) over Hurricanes - Missouri of the SEC has lost their last three games and are very fortunate to have been invited into the tournament. Miami lost to Virginia after defeating Louisville in the ACC and had won six of seven entering the conference tourney. The Tigers seeded 10 are playing close to home (St. Louis) and should have plenty of crowd support. In tournament games I don’t know if it means that much…so it has to help somewhat! Take MISSOURI!

Raptors (+) over Nuggets - It comes as a surprise to me that Toronto is 10-games over .500 and enter this fray having won their last three games overall. Denver is off of a horrible performance losing at Memphis but have defeated the Raptors four straight times with Toronto getting the cash three of those losses. Toronto is seeded fifth right now and are on a five game road trip starting at Denver. The Nuggets are struggling having won just seven of their last 15 games overall. Take TORONTO

Atlanta at Houston 8:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Rockets - The Hawks are flying high riding an 11 game win streak while going 10-1 ATS during that span. This will be the second meeting this season with Houston having won the past three encounters although Atlanta is 4-1 ATS in the past five. with the return of injured players Atlanta has seen the emergence of Jalen Johnson who has averaged a triple-double the last three outings. Houston has lost their last two games back-to-back losses to the Lakers as the continue to sink in the west. Take ATLANTA!

Trail Blazers (+) over Timberwolves - This will be the fourth meeting of the season between these two with Minnesota having won all three and the final meeting last year as well. This is the Trail Blazers fourth straight road game and they are off of a pair of wins against bottom feeders Brooklyn and Indiana. The Wolves Anthony Edwards is injured and Minny has won their last two games without him but, that can’t go on for long.Take PORTLAND!

Miami-O vs Tennessee 4:25 ET

Volunteers (-) over Redhawks - The Cinderella story for Miami-O may be coming to an end in Philadelphia where freedom rang once and the Redhawks dream (32-1) season becomes a thing of the past. Great job to date but the bookmakers are rarely wrong and the price is so high I don’t think that they have a legitimate chance of moving on. They pulled off the upset over SMU and that drew the attention of the Vols. SEC too tough for Redhawks. The Volunteers played the tough SEC schedule and will take this MAC team for real. Take TENNESSEE!   

Utah State vs Villanova 4:10 ET

Wildcats (+) over Aggies - One of just three Big East teams invited to the Bog Dance Villanova limps into San Diego to face the MWC regular and postseason champions Utah State. The Aggies swept through their conference the tourney and have won and covered their last four games by a margin of 15 points a game. Now, they only have to win by a bucket…not gonna happen. Take VILLANOVA!

St. Louis vs Georgia 9:45 ET

Billikens (+) over Bulldogs - Georgia led the SEC and were No. 2 in the country in blocked shots and rely on their inside game with center Somto Cyril handling the action around the post. St. Louis isn’t concerned about the Bulldogs center’s shot blocking ability because they are a long range shooting team hitting 40.1 percent of their 3-pointers taken making 11 long shot a game. The Billikens bring the A-10 Conference Player of the Year in Robbie Avila a center averaging 4.1 assists and has more 3-point goals then any other center in NCAS basketball. Take ST. LOUIS!

Phoenix at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Suns (+) over Spurs - These two clubs have something in common during the final weeks of regular season NBA action and that is the number three. San Antonio trails OKC for the top spot in the west By three games, while Phoenix is three games behind Minnesota fight for the sixth seed and guaranteed playoff spot. The Spurs have won 19 of their last 21 games while the boys from the desert have dropped their last three games and playing their final game of a six-game road trip that started with a pair of wins. Looking to break even on the road trip the Suns burn the Spurs. Take PHOENIX!

LA Lakers at Miami 8:00 ET

Heat (-) over Lakers - Los Angeles has put together their longest winning streak of the season which is currently at seven and invade Miami with the NBA’s leading scorer Luka Doncic and two time Heat NBA champion LeBron James. Miami may have lost their focus the last couple of days after Ban Adebayo scored 83 points in a route over Washington. The Heat apply the pressure at home where they are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games as hosts and the Lakers are 3-10 ATS in their last 13 Thursday games. Take MIAMI!

Texas vs BYU 7:35 ET

Longhorns (+) over Cougars - BYU is believe to have one of the very elite payers in college basketball this season with A.J. Dtbantsa. Texas is on an incredible journey themselves as they were trailing NC State in the play-in game by nine points with 2:58 to go and closed with a 13-4 run making a game winning shot with 1.1 seconds to go. The Cougars Dybantsa led the nation in scoring averaging 25.3 ppg, 6.7 rpg and 3.8 assists. the Longhorns will try to bottle up their key player. BYU started the season 17-2 and rose as high as No. 6 but have closed the year winning just six of their Last 15 games going 6-9 to close the year. Take TEXAS!

VCU vs North Carolina 7:10 ET

Tar Heels (-) over Rams - VCU is very confident entering their first round contest against North Carolina. It’s not just that they won the the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship but they have won 16 of their last 17 games overall. North Carolina has lost it’s last two games the second time this season that they have done that. But, they have not lost three in-a-row and they won’t. This is too big a step up in class for the Rams. Take NORTH CAROLINA!  

Illinois-Chicago at California 11:00 ET

Flames (+) over Golden Bears - California has dropped three of its past four games all of which were ACC battles including a 95-89 loss at Florida State as the Bears return home after three straight road contests. UIC are coming off of a loss to Northern Iowa but have won six of their last nine and have better offensive and defensive numbers. Take ILLINOIS-CHICAGO!

LA Lakers at Houston 9:30 ET

Lakers (+) over Rockets - This is the second straight meeting between these two in Houston with Los Angeles winning 100-92 on Monday to even the season series. The Rockets won the first meeting in LA on Christmas Day 119-96 but the teams have changed position since their holiday meeting. The Lakers have won six straight and ‘covered’ in each of those wins while Houston is struggling having lost five of nine SU and are 2-7 ATS over that span. Take LA LAKERS!

Phoenix at Minnesota 8:00 ET

Suns (+) over Timberwolves - These two clubs met twice before the New Year each hosting a game with Phoenix winning and covering both as underdogs. Minnesota had won the eight previous meeting going 7-1 ATS. The T’wolves will be without All-star Anthony Edwards who turned his ankle and  will not play tonight. The Wolves are 6-4 without Edwards and the Suns had to travel from Boston overnight. But, the Suns are 8-2 ATS against teams with winning records over .600 and the Wolves are 2-10 ATS against teams with winning records. Take PHOENIX!

NC Wilmington vs Yale 7:00 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Seahawks - Yale was clearly the best team in the Ivy League the entire year and were upset by Penn in the conference title and of course, the Ivy’s are not going to send two teams to the NCAA Tournament. Wilmington has dropped two of three and are ranked No. 172 on offense while the Bulldogs are ranked No. 37 on offense with the assists ration ranking at No. 15. Take YALE!

Pelicans (+) over Mavericks - Here are a pair of NBA teams that have been crushed this season by injuries and have not been able to reach what they felt was heir potential. With major players gone for most of the year for both clubs and New Orleans has had one of their stars return to action three weeks ago. Dejounte Murray posted his season high 27 points last time out and in eight games has the Pelicans have gone 5-0 ATS in their pat five games and are 3-0 ATS against the Mavericks this season. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Detroit at Toronto 3:30 ET

Raptors (+) over Pistons - Detroit has had their way with Toronto winning the past seven meetings straight up and went 6-1 ATS in those encounter. The Raptors have lost six of their past eight games but returned home and posted a come-from-behind win over Phoenix on Friday. Look for more of the same. Take TORONTO!

Purdue vs Michigan 3:30 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Wolverines - Both of this clubs have been burning money as their backers are playing with short pockets by now. The Boilermakers have covered just 14 of 34 games while Michigan is 15-18 ATS. Purdue is 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall and the Wolverines have dropped four straight to the number and like today’s opponent are 1-6 ATS in their last seven overall. In the series these two are 5-5 SU and today should come down to the final horn. Take PURDUE!

Flyers (+) over Rams - I have got to do it for a former Dayton Flyer who told me before the season started that Dayton would win the conference championship and here they are. Now, Freddy (the Frog) has crocked during the holidays and he will be missed especially his opinion. VCU has defeated the Flyers twice this season and those were the last losses that they incurred. Three times a charm…take DAYTON!

Vanderbilt had won the three previous games but the Razorbacks are 7-3 SU in the past 10 meets and the ‘Dores are 6-4 ATS. These are two of the highest scoring teams in college basketball and played ‘under’ last time out the first to go in that side in eight straight games. They both get back n track here going OVER…ARKANSAS!

Denver at LA Lakers 10:00 ET

Lakers (+) over Nuggets - With loss a single loss by Denver is the difference between these two the west competition is heating up with 15 games remaining. Both Denver with two wins and LA with four wins entering this third meeting of the season with two games already in Denver and the Lakers took the first meet in January and the Nuggets getting even a week ago. The Lakers are 6-0 ATS in their last six home games 7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall while the Nuggets are 1-4 ATS the past five Saturdays. Take LA LAKERS!

Houston at Arizona 6:00 ET

Wildcats (-) over Cougars - This is the first time in at least two decades that I believe Arizona has the pedigree to win it all and they had not disappointed me. Houston made it to the final last year and actually blew the lead and National Championship against Florida choking away a late lead. The Cougars are not as strong this season as last year and their outside shooting is their weakness. Take ARIZONA!

Purdue vs UCLA 3:30 ET

Boilermakers (-) over Bruins - Oh my! This game has me running about to run into a wall head first because of this year’s experience with each of these clubs. Okay, we have been hot playing against UCLA early and on them of late. Purdue was a heart breaker falling short numerous times and then rallied for us late. Now, they go head-to-head and it should be a toss-up but, the book makers are giving everyone a chance to continue taking points with the Bruins. They won’t be enough. Take PURDUE!

Commodores (+) over Gators - Football, baseball, basketball the sport does not matter! Names players are nit important all we need to realize is that Vanderbilt is the most under rated program in college sports and that including all the major ones like basketball. While Florida remains the hottest team in NCAA action currently on a 10 game winning streak and they are not just winning but blowing teams out games after games. Take VANDERBILT!

Wisconsin vs Michigan 1:00 ET

Wolverines (-) over Badgers - Michigan enters this battle winning four straight and have the Badgers. In the only meeting this season in Ann Arbor Wisconsin pulled off a 91-88 upset win as an 18-point favorite. This price is outrageously high, so high that I believe that the Book maker is making it too easy to take the points. I have to lay it. Take MICHIGAN!

UCLA vs Michigan State 9:00 ET

Bruins (+) over Spartans - UCLA suffered one of their worst losses of the season when it last played Michigan State four weeks ago but have rebounded with five wins in their last six games. The Bruins were expected to be better this season and coach Nick Cronin has expressed his disappointment with the clubs overall play with 10 losses. I look for the Bruins to give the Spartans as much as they can handle and more. Take UCLA!

Iowa State vs Arizona 7:00 ET

Cyclones (+) over Wildcats - Arizona has been one of the more consistent clubs in college basketball and went a stellar 19-13 ATS and when you considered that they were heavy favorites the entire season. Iowa State who has an even better ATS record going 20-13 ATS although they have been totally blown out a number of times this season. One of those losses was to Arizona 73-57 10 days ago and Iowa State will extract revenge tonight. Take IOWA STATE!

Commodores over Volunteers - These two SEC clubs split their two regular season games each winning on the others home court. Vanderbilt has gone 7-3 ATS in the past 10 meetings and their overall sports programs have been on the rise for the past decade and Tennessee is their number one rival. The Commodores will have the comfort of playing this contest just two miles from the Vanderbilt campus. Take VANDERBILT

Wisconsin vs Illinois 2:30 ET

Illinois (-) over Badgers - This is the second meeting of the season with Wisconsin having won the first meeting 92-90 in overtime at Illinois four weeks ago. the was the Badgers second straight win over the Illini who had won the previous eight meetings. The Badgers are just 1-5 ATS in their games at neutral sites and Illinois is 5-2 ATS after an ATS loss. Take ILLINOIS!

Clemson vs North Carolina 9:30 ET

Tigers (+) over Tar Heels = The Tigers have a history of giving the Tar Heels all that they can handle going 5-5 SU in their past 10 meetings and 6-4 ATS. North Carolina has been dominate at home winning all 18 games while not so much away from Chapel Hill going 6-7 on neutral and away courts. Once again the Tar Heels will be taking the floor without freshman sensation Caleb Wilson and it finally caught up with them after three straight wins as they were pounded by Duke in their season final. Denver at San Antonio 9:00 ET

Nuggets (+) over Spurs - San Antonio has won 16 of 17 games straight up and since the New Year they are 24-8 as Wembanyama has picked up the pace. But. Wemby may be sitting this one out as he developed a gimpy ankle after the Spurs last outing. Denver’s current starting line up is 9-2 in their last 11 games playing together. Take DENVER!

Milwaukee at Miami 7:30 ET

Bucks (+) oer Heat - Sometimes in basketball as well as other sports one team just seems to have another teams ‘number’ and continually beat them no matter who’s on the floor or in the game for either side. Well, we sort of have that situation here in Miami tonight. Milwaukee has won five of six meetings including a 128-117 win two weeks ago in the ‘Brew City’ while going 6-0 ATS. The Heat crushed Washington with Bam Adebayo scoring 83 points (second only to ‘Wilt’) in a contest that was a alrk for the Heat. Things won’t be so hot for them tonight. Take MILWAUKEE!

Boilermakers (-) over Wildcats - After opening the season as the pr-season No. 1 Purdue looked like the team everyone thought they were going 7-0 before falling to Iowa State and then reeled of nine straight wins. At 16-1 the Boilermakers were No. 1 and then it happened, three straight losses a small recovery and enter this contest losers in 3-of 4 and they are 0-4 ATS. Makers have won the past three meetings including a 70-66 non-cover victory nine days ago. This time they get the money…take PURDUE!

Nevada vs Grand Canyon 5:30 ET

Wolf Pack (+) over Steep Cliffs - Both of these clubs are off of a pair of winners with Grand Canyon going 4-0 ATS. In their only meeting it was Nevada (-3.5) 66-60 an overtime win and cover. Despite at least 20 wins each (NV 21) both clubs are on the NCAA Tournament bubble because of the lack of conference strength, so the winner here increases their changes dramatically. Take NEVADA!

Louisville vs Miami-FL 2:30 ET

Hurricanes (+) over Cardinals - I have to like this match up as these two met on the final day of Big East play in Miami and Louisville posted the outright win as we had predicted. That was the third straight win for the Cardinals over Miami as they have yet to win since Larranaga left. Louisville has won three straight and are off of  non-cover win over SMU while the Canes whose last game was six days ago the loss to Louisville. Revenge I sweet! Take MIAMI-FL!

Minnesota at LA Clippers 10:30 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Clippers - On the heels of a five game winning streak Minnesota has now lost their last two games including last nights loss to the Lakers.

The Clippers have won five of their last six games and are 6-1 ATS in their past seven games placing them in the final spot for the first round bye. Clippers are not having any trouble adjusting to play without James Harden as sometimes ‘less is more.’ Still, Wolves rebound from a pair of losses. Take MINNESOTA!

As a matter of fact Cleveland has won five of the last six meetings and went 5-1 ATS in those six  games. James Harden has been added to the Cav’s lineup but, that is one of those “be careful what you wish for” type of thing, as he has shown that he does not play well when it counts most. Take ORLANDO.

One game separates these two in the standings and both will easily make the playoffs as Los Angeles is hoping for a healthy LeBron James whose minutes have been cut short Still, tonight it is the LAKERS!

Phoenix at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks over Suns - This is the first meeting of the season between these two with Phoenix having won their last two games and Milwaukee is off of a loss to Charlotte which was their fifth loss in the last six games. The Bucks will mostly have three of their walking injured ready to play tonight as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kyle Kuzma and Kevin Porter Jr. should get plenty of playing time. Take MILWAUKEE!

Toronto at Houston 8:00 ET

Raptors (+) over Rockets - This is just the second meeting of the season between these two clubs with Houston taking the first meeting, blowing out the Raptors 139-121 in Toronto back in October. The Rockets have lost four of their last five including a blowout loss at San Antonio while Toronto posted a confidence building win over Dallas. Take TORONTO!

Syracuse vs. SMU 4:30 ET

Orangemen over Mustangs - These two clubs met on Valentine’s Day and played to a heart pounding as Syracuse won a thriller 79-78 as a 2.5-point underdog. But these two squads went south since that encounter with the Orange have lost their past five games and SMU has dropped their last four. Unless Syracuse makes a run in the ACC playoffs and they will most likely  finished under .500 for the first time since 1967. Still, the Mustangs have pulled up lame and fall here. Take SYRACUSE!

Santa Clara vs St. Mary’s 11:30 ET

Broncos (+) over Gaels - These two met three weeks ago at Santa Clara and St. Mary’s was much the best in a 86-67 romp as a favorite of 5.5-points. The Gaels have won nine of the past 10 meetings and yet are a smaller favorite here then they were at home. This is telling (the line) and the game is in Las Vegas a neutral site. St. Mary’s has either won or shared a part of the West Coast Conference title in each of the past four season. Not here…take SANTA CLARA!

Memphis at Brooklyn 7:30 ET

Nets (+) over Grizzlies - Brooklyn posted an unlikely upset at Detroit Saturday night and ended a 10-game losing streak when they came back from a 23-point deficit with 8:18 left in the third period. In the lone meeting between these two this season took place eight weeks ago when Memphis scored the final 13 points in a 103-98 win. The Grizzlies have dropped their last three games and are 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall. Ja Morant is pulling shit again and the Griz are not in sync because of his distractions. Take BROOKLYN!

Houston at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Rockets (+) over Spurs - I hate this one because I love Wemby and he has turned up his play since the All-star break leading San Antonio. I believe that San Antonio has a good shot of taking the West and gaining the Number 1 seed. That could be huge and the Spurs are playing for it! Houston is looking to have something to say about it all and are 7-3 SU in the past 10 meetings although the Spurs have taken 2-of-3 this season. Look for the Rockets to even the season series tonight. Take HOUSTON!

Michigan State at Michigan 4:30 ET

Wolverines (-) over Spartans - This line seems a bit huge considering the way Michigan has been playing. I wonder of this contest will be like yesterday’s UNC/Duke game where the line climbed so high it makes it difficult two win, although they should be the side. Michigan State had won four straight meetings prior to the Wolverines 83-71 win in East Lansing in late January. A Wolves win here assures then of the best Big Ten record since Indiana in 1975-76 when the went 30-0 the last undefeated National Champion…take MICHIGAN!

New York at LA Lakers 3:30 ET

Lakers (+) over Knicks - On February 1st the Knicks were is a terrible way losing seven of nine and the LA Lakers were coming to Madison Square Garden and as an inflated six-point favorite and run out on Los Angeles winning 113-100. The Lakers had won the previous three meetings and New York is 0-5 on the road against home teams with winning records over 60%. A note is that the Lakers are 8-0 UNDER in their last eight games on Sundays. Take LA LAKERS!

Utah at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks (-) over Jazz - Now, there is something that just doesn’t seem right with the line between these two bottom feeders. Milwaukee enters this battle on a four-game losing streak while Utah defeated lowly Washington last time out but had lost the eight previous encounters. This is the second meeting of the season between these two with the Bucks winning 125-100 at Utah a month ago. Bears (-) over Utes - Possibly the most disappoint team in college basketball this season is the Baylor Bears who at 15-15 can close the regular season over .500 or fail to reach it for the first time since 2006-07. Utah has also had one of their worst seasons in decades and have lost their last four and nine-of-10. The Utes have just two conference wins in 17 tries. With the Bears double-digit favorites I believe that Utah can not wait for the season to end. Take BAYLOR!

Boilermakers (-) over Badgers - Purdue has dropped three of their last five going 1-4 ATS while the Badgers have won the last two including a 33 point win over Maryland. The Boilermakers were the early season No. 1 ranked team and after a quick start played down with seven losses falling to No. 15. They were 5.5.-point favorites Jan 3 at Wisconsin and posted a 89-73 easy victory. Coming off of their huge win over weak sister Maryland last time out doesn’t help the Badgers who will find ‘Makers a bit tougher. Take PURDUE!

Wildcats (+) over Gators - There is no team hotter in college basketball than Florida who has won 10 in-a-row winning their last four by exactly 100 points going 8-2 ATS as heavy favorites. Kentucky has won just two of their last six and are off of a loss at Texas A&M. The Wildcats at 19-11 could use a win over a ranked team like Florida and they will be pulling out all stops! Take KENTUCKY!  

Louisville at Miami-Fl 2:00 ET

Cardinals (+) over Hurricanes- Miami has a 3-game lead over Louisville and yet the Cardinals have a higher power rating. The Red Birds have won just three of 10 road games and have played below the ATS number for the season and are 14-18 as well as playing under 18 of 30. This price seems awful cheap considering the Hurricanes have won their last three and eight of nine going 7-1 ATS in their last eight. Canes no longer in paradise as Cardinals fly above the storm. Commodores (+) over Volunteers - This is one of the more less known intrastate rivalries which for years was not even competitive with Tennessee have a huge advantage. The Volunteers have won the last two meetings including 69-65 win at Vanderbilt two weeks ago. But, the Commodores are 23-9 ATS in the last 32 games overall and the Vols are 1-4 ATS after a SU win. New Orleans at Phoenix 10:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns - New Orleans has been a disappointment once again this season as injuries had a large part in their struggles. Currently with a healthy Zion Williamson  the Pelicans have won five of their last seven including a 133-123 win over Sacramento yesterday. Phoenix has dropped seven of their last 11 games and  are 1-6  ATS in their past seven games while the Pelicans are 9-1 ATS after scoring 125 points or more. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Miami-Ohio at Ohio 8:00 ET

Bobcats over Redhawks - There is talk that if 30-0 Miami-Ohio losses here and then does not win their conference tournament that they might be slighted by the NCAA selection committee. Ohio lost the earlier meeting this season but had won seven of the nine previous meetings. The Bobcats have dropped their past two games but are 10-5 SU at home and are geared up for this rivalry contest. Take OHIO!

St.John’s at Seton Hall 8:00 ET

Pirates (+) Redmen - St. John’s had one of their worst seasons on record in decades under Rick Pitino last year are one win away from finishing with a share of the Big East title. The Red Storm would be seeded second with Connecticut first if they both end up 18-2 in conference play. Seton Hall was also a bottom feeder last season finishing 2-18 in Big East play and they also had a tun around and are 10-9 in conference action. Take SETON HALL!

Lakers (+) over Nuggets - Los Angeles enters Denver on a  a 3-game win streak into their second meeting of the season. The Lakers took the first encounter 115-107 and stand as the sixth seed in the west a game and a half behind the Nuggets. The ‘Mile Highers’ have been treading water and have split wins and losses over their last 10 games. LA making a move up the ladder. Take LAKERS!

Raptors (+) over Timberwolves - Minnesota has won their last four games and 7-of-8 while Toronto has dropped three of four including a 16-point home loss to New York. The Timberwolves’ Anthony Edwards has been better than ever and leading the surge while Toronto is 5-0 ATS in their last five games on the road against winning teams. Take TORONTO!

Detroit at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Spurs - This will be the second meeting of the season between these two with San Antonio (+1.5) taking the first encounter 114-103 a week ago Monday in Detroit. The Spurs who have won 12-of-13 bounced back from a 25-point loss at New York with a 40-point win at Philadelphia while the Pistons had a 3-game winning streak stopped at Cleveland. The Motor City boys are 7-0 ATS on the road in their past seven games against team with winning records. Take DETROIT!

Tulane vs Temple 7:00 ET

Owls (-) over Green Wave - These two played each other three weeks ago and Tulane as a home favorite of -1.5-points won 77-66 and it was their fifth win in the past six meetings. That contest started the current six-game slide for the Owls and that’s why I find this price a bit high considering that the Green Wave have a better record. Book makers favor the Owls so will I. Florida State at Pittsburgh 8:30 ET

Panthers (+) over Seminoles - Florida State started 0-5 in ACC play but have now won four straight conference games and five of eight overall. Pittsburgh is currently in the final playoff spot (15th) and 2-6 as ACC hosts and need a win here or against Syracuse to insure that they make the post season. Take PITTSBURGH!

Baylor at Houston 8:00 ET

Bears (+) over Cougars - Houston who was the conference favorite this season has blown any chance of winning the conference title but can still get to the second seed for the playoffs. The Cougars are a little disappointed in their position but none worse than Baylor who was expected to contend for the Big-12 title. The Bears have won their last two games getting to and over .500 and were defeated by the Cougs 22-points in their meeting eight weeks ago in Houston as a -2.5-point favorite. Take BAYLOR!

Portland at Memphis 8:00 ET

Trailblazers (-) over Grizzlies - Wow, the first price that I saw on this game had Portland just short of a double-digit favorite and they are under .500 on the road. That price really just shows how bad Memphis really is and they will stay that way as long as they have malcontent Ja Morant on the roster. Portland took the first two meetings a pair of game played back-to-back night in Memphis four weeks ago. When a team of the Blazers ability level can romp over a weak sister like the Grizzlies they take advantage. Take PORTLAND!

Villanova at DePaul 8:00 ET

Blue Demons (+) over Wildcats - Villanova who is having a bit of a down season has defeated DePaul seven straight times and 29-of-30 meetings (Yes, that is true). The Blue Demons are having their best season in the Big East in over two decades and have won their last two games and four-of-five. The Wildcats just got wasted by St. John’s and have dropped 2-of-3 on their current down turn. Cats lose one of their nine lives here. take DEPAUL!

Charlotte at Boston 7:30 ET

Hornets (+) over Celtics - These are a pair of clubs that do a lot of winning against the point spread with Charlotte leading the way going an amazing 40-22 ATS while Boston is 36-24 ATS. Both squads are also winning straight up with the Hornets having won their last five games and 15 of 18 to finally get to .500 on the season. This is the first meeting of the season and the Celtics have won the past six meetings and 9-of-10. Boston leads the NBA in fewest points allowed surrendering just 102 ppg, but the Hornets are playing their best ball right now. Take CHARLOTTE!

Nebraska at UCLA 11:00 ET

Bruins (+) over Cornhuskers - UCLA has been a bit disappointing this season as more was expected of them, as of now the Bruins are on the bubble with 19 wins and double-digit losses with 10. Nebraska (25-4) is having the their best basketball season in decades and after a fast start have come across some bumps in conference play. The Bruins are in need of a quality win after a loss at Minnesota and are just 3-6 in Big Ten action. UCLA is 11-0-1 ATS in 12 home games and use the crowd tonight. Take UCLA!

New York at Toronto 8:00 ET

Raptors (+) over Knicks - The Knicks have had a strangle hold in the series between these two winning all three meeting this season and 11 straight wins as it has been over three years since the Raptors posted a win over New York. Eleven is the number of the day as the Knicks are off of a huge win over San Antonio ending their 11-game win streak. After dropping a pair of games the Raptors received a confidence booster in a win over Washington. Take TORONTO!

Tigers (+) over Tar Heels - Clemson just ended a four-game losing streak with a win over Louisville and the Tigers surprisingly have won the last two meetings. North Carolina has won their last three games and will be traveling to Duke for their ACC final regular season game. The Tar Heels freshmen Caleb Wilson is still sidelined and that helps the Tigers tough defense clamp down on the Heels. The Tigers are 5-0 ATS in their last five road games and are 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a winning record. Take CLEMSON!

Alabama at Georgia 6:30 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Crimson Tide - If you like points and a run and shoot offense Alabama is the club for you but, their issue is playing defense which they seem to have an aversion to. The Crimson Tide have won the past three meetings and 7-of-8 going 7-1 ATS as well. ‘Bama have won their last eight games outright going 4-4 ATS, while Georgia has posted 20 wins and have won 3-of-4. A win here for the Bulldogs would go a long way with the NCAA selection committee.  Take GEORGIA!

Boston at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks (+) over Celtics - This is the third meeting of the season between these two with each team winning and covering at home. Boston enters this contest off of a pair of wins and six wins in their last seven games. Milwaukee has dropped their past two game losing by 29 and 23 points to New York and Chicago which ended its 11 game losing streak. The Bucks had won five of their previous six games and are three game behind the 10th and final playoff spot.  Take MILWAUKEE!

Duke at NC State 7:00 ET

Wolfpack (+) over Blue Devils - Duke who may actually be the best college basketball team in the country have reeled off six straight wins since their loss at North Carolina. NC State has dropped their past two games and four of five and are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall. This the first meeting of the year between these two with the Wolfpack having won twice in the past three meetings. The Blue Devils have North Carolina next and may be looking ahead for a bit of revenge. Take NC STATE!

Michigan State at Indiana 3:45 ET

Hoosiers (+) over Spartans - Indiana enters this fray having lost their past three games and have put themselves on the lower end of the NCAA tournament ‘bubble.’ Michigan State who is good enough to win it all, won the previous meeting in January have won their last three games and these two have split the past ten meetings. The Hoosiers are desperate and need a quality win to further impress the selection committee. Take INDIANA!

Minnesota at Denver 3:30 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Nuggets - Denver has defeated Minnesota three times already this season and covered all three. Those wins this season broke a six-game losing streak for the Nuggets to the Timberwolves. Denver has struggled of late and are 4-6 SU in the last ten games overall. The T’wolves have won their last two games and five of their past six. Take MINNESOTA!

Gonzaga at St. Mary’s 10:30 ET

Gales (+) over Bulldogs - After getting upset at Portland 87-70, Gonzaga has reeled off five straight wins and covers and defeated St. Mary’s (+8.5) 73-65 the week before. Since that loss to the Bulldogs, the Gales have won seven in row and are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Time for home team (12-3 as hosts, to step up. Take ST. MARY’S!

Bears (+) over Knights - At 14-14 Baylor has had a most disappointing year and only a run their the conference tourney can salvage their chances otherwise it’s the NIT or worse. Central Florida has been good to ‘us’ season and have won their last three while the Bears have dropped five of the last six. Understanding that the Knights are 20-7 this season, but he Bears still rank higher is all offensive and defensive categories. Take BAYLOR!

Huskies (+) over Badgers - Wisconsin is on the cusp of another 20 win season but with nine losses they will most likely remain a ‘bubble’ team to make the Big Dance. The Badgers have dropped two of three while Washington has won two-of-three and momentum is on the Huskies side as they are 17-11 ATS on the season and 9-5 SU at home. Take WASHINGTON!

Kansas at Arizona 4:00 ET

Wildcats (-) over Jayhawks -  I can not see Kansas winning the National Championship as I think that their inconsistency will bite them but they are good enough to beat any team that ends up the champion. Arizona, I think, a little differently about, I believe that they can win it all. Although they incurred their first loss of the season at Kansas. Both clubs are coming off of big wins over Houston and the Jayhawks can clinch a conference title share win a win here. Take KANSAS!

Houston at Miami 3:30 ET

Heat (+) over Rockets - It is kinda hard to believe that this is the first meeting of the year between these two with Houston winning the last meeting back in March of 2025. That win broke a nine game strangle hold that Miami had over the Rockets winning the previous nine meetings. Note that the Rockets are 4-12 ATS playing on one day’s rest. Take MIAMI!

San Diego State at New Mexico 2:00 ET

Aztecs (+) over Lobos - This one could end up the game of the year in the MWC and two foes couldn’t possibly have more different styles. San Diego State has built a program around their defense and they play it well enough to make it to the Final-4 in recent seasons. New Mexico hasn’t been to the NCAA Final-4 and have dropped the last two meetings against the Aztecs including a loss 83-79 as an underdog getting +5.5-points. Now. the favorite, they fall short. Take SAN DIEGO STATE!  

Denver at Oklahoma City 8:30 ET

Nuggets ( ) Thunder - Oklahoma City the defending champions had cooled off after a huge start to the season winning their first 15 games. But, the Thunder have struggled of late (for them at least) winning just five of their last nine, In the lone meeting between these two the home Thunder captured a 121-111 win as a favorite of -7. Even though they are struggling right now the line for this game is greater than their previous win. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!

New York at Milwaukee 8:00ET

Knicks (-) over Bucks - The New York Knicks were second in the East last season and many had them as the conference favorite coming into the 2015-26 year. But, the Knicks fired their coach and brought in Mike Brown as head coach and the decline of the team (although still one of the better teams in the East) is evident. Those teams under Tibs played defense first and this season they have not gotten better. These two have split a pair of early season games with the home team holding serve with wins. The Knicks have failed to cover in the last four outings and come up big tonight. Take NEW YORK!

Michigan at Illinois 9:00 ET

Illini (+) over Wolverines - The Big Ten keeps coming at you with quality teams that knock off each other everyday. Michigan (26-2) as well as Duke are the two squads that have shown why the are championship favorites. But, the Wolverines have not defeated Illinois in the last six seasons (2019) have dropped the last nine meetings. Michigan who has risen from the bottom of the Big Ten to clinching at least a share of the conference title (16-1) this season. The beat goes on here…as the Illini win their tenth straight win over the Wolves. Take ILLINOIS!.

Suns (+) over Lakers - Both of these clubs have dropped their last two games and Phoenix has won two of the three meetings this season all of which took place in December. The Suns are off of their two lowest scoring games of the season scoring just 77 and 81 points in defeats by Portland and Boston. The Suns have lost seven of their last 10 games overall but, if there is one team that they gear up for it is the Lakers. Take PHOENIX!

Michigan State at Purdue 8:00 ET

Boilermakers (-) over Spartans - This will be the first meeting of the season between these two Big Ten powerhouses. Either or even both of these squads are good enough to make it to the Final-4. Both clubs are 22-5 SU and the ATS record are only one game apart. Michigan State defeated Purdue in the last meeting but the Boilermakers had won eight of the previous nine meetings. Rockets off of wins over lowly Utah and Sacramento and will find the Magic a little tougher. Take ORLANDO!

The Heat are currently seeded No. 8 while the 76ers with one more win are seeded No. 6 as of right now. Take MIAMI!

But, the Razorbacks are 0-3-1 ATS after a straight-up win and 1-3-1 ATS in their past five games overall. Take TEXAS A&M.

Pistons (-) over Thunder - Two NBA powerhouses and possible finals participants meet for the first time this season. Oklahoma City has won the past two meetings and 4-of-5 and are off of a win last night over Toronto while Detroit was defeated by San Antonio. The Pistons had their five-game winning streak end haven’t lost two-in-a-row since December and they win here tonight. Take DETROIT!

The Spurs won the early season meeting and have won and covered the last four meetings with the Raptors who had won the previous six meetings. Take TORONTO!

Florida at Texas 7:00 ET

Longhorns (+) over Gators - After a slow start as defending champions No. 7 Florida has now won seven straight while the Longhorns just had their own five game win streak stopped at Georgia Saturday. Texas is a classic bubble team with double-digit losses and will need a win here to impress the selection committee for the Big Dance. The Horns are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games after a loss and will rebound here. Take TEXAS!

Seminoles (+) over Hurricanes - In this bitter intrastate battle it is surprising to see that Miami-Fl who has emerged as a national power in recent seasons has struggled against arch rival Florida State who as a basketball school has been anything but an also-ran and no threat to college basketball’s elite. But, the Seminoles have won the last five meetings and 9-of-10 but FSU is hot and have won their past three games and six of their last seven. Take FLORIDA STATE!

Golden State is in bad shape physically as four starters are sidelined including the best outside shooter the NBA has ever seen in Stephen Curry.
