06-22-25 Pacers v. Thunder -8 Top 91-103 Win 100 68 h 27 m Show

At 8 pm, on Sunday, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Indiana.  The Thunder were 68-14 in the regular season, which was tops on the league.  In the Playoffs, home field advantage is crucial in series that extend to a 7th game.  Indeed, Home teams have won 63 of 90 Game 7s, straight-up since 1990.  Importantly, the Thunder have won 79% of their games this season.  And NBA teams with a win percentage of .777 (or better) have cashed 86% in NBA Game 7s since 1990.  Admittedly, OKC laid an egg in Game 6.  But that was on the road, where OKC has gone 1-9 ATS in the Playoffs.  At home, the Thunder are 9-3 ATS in the Playoffs, and 37-15-1 ATS in the regular season and post-season combined.  We'll lay the points with the Thunder.  Good luck as always...Al McMordie.

06-13-25 Thunder -6 v. Pacers Top 111-104 Win 100 43 h 59 m Show

At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Indiana.  We played on the Pacers in Game 3 and got the $$$ when they upset OKC, 116-107.  That SU/ATS loss now makes OKC 0-8 ATS on the road in this year's Playoffs.  The strange thing is that OKC set the best regular season point spread mark in the NBA since 1990 with a 54-26-3 ATS record.  And they were stellar both at home and on the road (25-13-2 ATS on an opponent's home court; 1-1 ATS on a neutral court in the In-Season Tournament).  So, its 0-8 ATS mark in the Playoffs is a head-scratcher.  We're going to lay the points notwithstanding this 0-8 mark.  The Pacers have been awesome in this Playoffs following a loss (5-0 ATS), and vs. an opponent off a win (9-0 ATS), but they've burned money vs. an opponent off a loss (4-6 ATS, including 1-3 ATS at home).  Finally, the Thunder are 36-15 ATS off a SU loss when playing a .611 (or better) foe, including 8-0 ATS their last eight.  Take OKC.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

06-11-25 Thunder v. Pacers +5.5 Top 107-116 Win 100 10 h 37 m Show

At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers + the points over Oklahoma City.  We played on OKC and its two home games to start this series, but will switch gears and grab the points with the Pacers at home tonight.  When you look at how the Thunder are performing on the road in the Playoffs, compared to its home games, there is a stark difference.  At home, the Thunder are 8-3 ATS and have covered the point spread by an average of 11.31 ppg.  But on the road, it is a horrid 0-7 ATS and has failed to cover the point spread by an average of 13.64 ppg.  The Pacers, meanwhile, are 5-3 ATS at home in the Playoffs, and have covered by an average of 3.68 ppg.  Even better:  Indiana is a dominant 12-0 ATS in the Playoffs when playing with revenge from a Playoff defeat by more than 12 points.  With Indy off a 123-107 loss in Game 2, we'll grab the points with Indy tonight.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

06-08-25 Pacers v. Thunder -10.5 Top 107-123 Win 100 9 h 8 m Show

At 8 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Indiana.  The Thunder have been dominant at home this season -- both in the regular season and the playoffs.  OKC was 35-6 SU and 28-12-1 ATS at home in the regular season, and is 8-2 SU and 7-3 ATS at home in the Playoffs (43-8 SU and 35-15-1 ATS combined).  Unfortunately, the Thunder blew a 15-point, 4th quarter lead and lost Game 1, 111-110.  We'll take the Thunder to rebound tonight, as they're 12-0 ATS their last 12 (and 40-15-3 ATS their last 58) when playing a .611 (or better) foe, if the Thunder were not off a SU/ATS win.  Even better:  NBA teams off upset losses have gone 31-22-2 ATS in the NBA Finals.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

06-05-25 Pacers v. Thunder -8.5 Top 111-110 Loss -110 115 h 8 m Show

At 8:30 pm, on Thursday, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Indiana.  The Thunder set the record this season (at least since 1990, the year my database goes back to) for best point spread percentage.  Including the in-season tournament, OKC went 54-26-3 ATS in the regular season (67% ATS).  It's true that the Thunder are just 7-9 ATS in the post-season.  But that includes an 0-7 ATS mark on the road in the playoffs; at home OKC has been terrific, going 7-2 ATS.  And at home in the regular + post-season combined, the Thunder are 35-14-1 ATS this season, including 13-1-1 ATS vs. Eastern Conference foes.  (Dating back to 2022, OKC is 32-11-2 ATS at home vs. the Eastern Conference.)  I won't fade these numbers.  Lay the points with the Thunder.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-31-25 Knicks v. Pacers -3.5 Top 108-125 Win 100 30 h 21 m Show
At 8 pm, on Saturday, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers minus the points over New York.  We played on New York in Game 5, and were rewarded with a 17-point win.  But off that blowout loss, we'll come back with Indiana on Saturday night.  The Pacers are a super 17-0 ATS their last 17 (and 52-19-2 ATS their last 73) when rested off a loss, and playing with revenge vs. a foe off a SU win if Indiana lost to its opponent by 14+ points in the prior meeting.  And underdogs off a win in the conference finals have cashed just 18% the last 20 years when facing elimination.  Lay the points with Indiana.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
05-29-25 Pacers v. Knicks -5 Top 94-111 Win 100 43 h 56 m Show

At 8 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks minus the points over the Indiana Pacers.  The Knicks enter Game 5 down 3-games-to-1 after dropping Game 4, 130-121.  We'll lay the points with New York, as home teams down 3-games-to-1 have cashed 62% in Game 5 of a 7-game series after losing Game 4 on the road.  Additionally, New York is 37-18 ATS as a revenge-minded single-digit favorite, while Indiana is 1-8 ATS when up 2 games in a playoff series.  Lay the points with New York.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-25-25 Knicks +2.5 v. Pacers Top 106-100 Win 100 17 h 10 m Show

At 8 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks plus the points over Indiana.  The Knicks are in a virtual-must-win situation tonight.  Down 2-games-to-none, they can't afford to go down by 3 games, as no NBA team (in 159 series) has ever climbed out of a 3-0 hole.  We'll take New York, as it's an awesome 71-28 ATS on the road off an upset loss, when matched up against a .500 (or better) foe.  Meanwhile, the Pacers are 1-7 ATS when up exactly two games in a playoff series.  And favorites off upset wins have cashed just 42% in the semifinals since 1990.  Take New York.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-24-25 Thunder v. Wolves +3 Top 101-143 Win 100 11 h 37 m Show

At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves + the points over Oklahoma City.  The Thunder have had a home/road dichotomy in this year's playoffs.  At home, OKC has gone 4-2 ATS, but on the road it's a woeful 0-5 ATS.  Tonight, they're favored at Minnesota.  And we'll happily grab the points, as Minny is 28-7 ATS as a home dog vs. a .581 (or better) division rival.  It's true that OKC won two blowouts at home vs. the Wolves.  Unfortunately, OKC is 1-12 ATS in the Playoffs from the 2nd round forward off back to back wins, if it defeated its opponent by double-digits in the previous game.  And .720 (or better) NBA teams have covered just 2 of 15 in the playoffs after back to back ATS wins to start a series.  Take Minnesota.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-23-25 Pacers v. Knicks -5.5 Top 114-109 Loss -110 33 h 28 m Show

At 8 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the New York Knicks minus the points over Indiana.  The Pacers stormed back in the final 3 minutes from a 14-point deficit to stun the Knicks, 138-135, as a 4.5-point road underdog at Madison Square Garden.  And that triumph was Indy's 3rd straight upset win in these Playoffs.  We'll fade the Pacers in Game 2, as underdogs have cashed just 37% since 1990 in the Playoffs when they were off 3+ upset wins.  Even better:  New York is a solid 37-17 ATS as a revenge-minded, single-digit favorite.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-22-25 Wolves +7.5 v. Thunder Top 103-118 Loss -110 10 h 4 m Show

At 8:30 pm, on Thursday, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves + the points over Oklahoma City.  The Thunder trounced the T-Wolves, 114-88, on Tuesday to take a 1-0 lead in this semi-final series.  We'll take Minnesota, as Western Conference teams are 34-18-2 ATS when down 1-0 in a series.  Additionally, OKC is a dreadful 15-46 ATS off back-to-back wins, if it was playing a .500 (or better) revenge-minded foe off a loss which it defeated by 10+ points in the season's prior meeting.  And Minnesota is a super 33-15-2- ATS as an underdog (or PK) when playing with revenge.  Grab the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-18-25 Nuggets v. Thunder -7.5 Top 93-125 Win 100 62 h 34 m Show

At 3:30 pm, on Sunday, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Denver.  The reason teams want home court advantage in the Playoffs is for a decisive Game 7.  And home teams have had a distinct advantage in these games.  Since 1990, they've gone 62-27, straight-up.  And if they were favored by more than 3 points, then they've gone 44-29-2 ATS.  Admittedly, the Nuggets have covered the spread in each of the last 4 games.  But NBA teams off 3+ ATS losses have gone 12-2 SU and 10-3-1 ATS in Game 7s.  Even better: the Nuggets are a nasty 46-108 ATS on the road off a point spread win, if their foe was off a loss and failed to cover the spread by 9+ points in its previous game.  OKC is a super 11-3 SU and 12-2 ATS at home in the playoffs following a double-digit loss.  And it is 7-0 SU and 6-1 ATS its last seven at home off 3 ATS losses.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-14-25 Knicks v. Celtics -4 Top 102-127 Win 100 14 h 8 m Show

At 7 pm, on Wednesday, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over New York.  The Knicks are now in the driver's seat to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals.  Boston's Jayson Tatum had surgery to repair his ruptured achilles, and will likely not return until the 2026-27 season.  And the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers were bounced from the Playoffs by the #4-seeded Indiana Pacers.  Although it will be quite difficult for the Celtics to win the next three games in this series, they certainly can win tonight.  And I believe they will rally as a team for this first game without their injured superstar.  Boston is 27-10 ATS off an upset Playoff defeat, including 7-1 ATS vs. a division rival.  Lay the points with Boston at home in Game 5.  Good luck as always...Al McMordie.

05-13-25 Pacers v. Cavs -7.5 Top 114-105 Loss -110 30 h 13 m Show

At 7 pm, on Tuesday, our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers minus the points over Indiana.  The Cavs were blown out by 20 points on Sunday night, and need to win three straight games to move on in the Playoffs.  They will have two of those three games at home, including this Game 5.  We'll fade Indiana, as teams seeded #4 (or worse) have covered just 39% in the playoffs since 1990 after a blowout win over their opponent by 20+ points, including 0-6-1 ATS their last seven.  Even better:  the Pacers are a poor 11-28 ATS off a home blowout win by 20+ points.  Lay the points in Game 5 with Cleveland.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-12-25 Wolves v. Warriors +5.5 Top 117-110 Loss -110 45 h 4 m Show

At 10 pm, on Monday, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors + the points over Minnesota.  The Warriors dropped Games 2 + 3, and now trail 2-games-to-1 in this quarterfinal series.  We'll take Steve Kerr's men to bounce back on Monday, as the Warriors are an awesome 21-4 ATS in the Playoffs off a loss, if their foe was off back-to-back wins (including a perfect 7-0 ATS if the Warriors were off a home loss).  Additionally, road favorites (or PK) off back-to-back wins, that lead 2-games-to-1, have cashed just 38.4% since 1990.  Finally, Golden State also falls into 73-33, 68-27, 81-39 and 95-49 ATS playoff systems of mine.  Grab the points with the home underdog.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-11-25 Thunder -5.5 v. Nuggets Top 92-87 Loss -108 36 h 29 m Show

At 3:30 pm, on Sunday, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Denver.  These two division rivals alternated wins in their four regular season meetings this season (each going 1-1 in its two home games).  So far in this playoffs, they're also alternating wins, with Denver notching victories in Games 1 + 3.  We'll lay the points with OKC, as NBA favorites of -4 (or more) points, playing back to back games against a division rival, have cashed 67% since 1990 if they were off a SU loss as a 4-point (or greater) favorite.  Additionally, the Thunder are 25-10 ATS off a playoff loss by 7+ points, including a perfect 6-0 ATS when favored by 4+ points.  Take OKC.  Good luck, as always....Al McMordie.

05-10-25 Celtics -5 v. Knicks Top 115-93 Win 100 58 h 7 m Show

At 3:30 pm, on Saturday, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over the New York Knicks.  Boston blew not one, but two 20-point leads in the first two games of this series.  It now finds itself with its back against the wall in Game 3.  I like Boston to bounce back, as it is 68-34 ATS off back to back ATS losses, and 20-2 ATS off back to back upset losses, if favored by 2+ points in its current game.  Additionally, defending NBA Champs have cashed 77.2% since 1990 as a road favorite (or PK) off a SU/ATS playoff loss.  Lay the points with Boston.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-09-25 Cavs -2 v. Pacers Top 126-104 Win 100 38 h 8 m Show

At 7:30 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers minus the points over Indiana.  The Pacers pulled off back to back upset wins at Cleveland to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series.  But off those 2 upsets we will fade Indiana on Friday night.  Indeed, the Pacers are a putrid 1-21 ATS off an upset win, if they also covered as an underdog two games back, and owned a .575 (or better) win percentage.  And NBA teams off back to back upset wins have cashed just 40.1% since 1990 when matched up against foes with a win percentage greater than .750.  Lay the points with Cleveland.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-08-25 Warriors v. Wolves -9.5 Top 93-117 Win 100 42 h 32 m Show

At 8:30 pm, on Thursday, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over the Golden State Warriors.  The Warriors won Game 1, but lost a key player when Steph Curry sustained a hamstring injury.  Curry will be listed as "day-to-day," but hamstring injuries have a tendency to linger.  We'll take Minnesota in Game 2, and go against Golden State which has won its last two games by 103-89 and 99-88 scores.  Unfortunately for the Warriors, teams off back to back double-digit road playoff wins have covered just 35.4% since 1990.  And the Warriors are also an awful 44-99 ATS off a point spread win, when playing a revenge-minded foe.  Take Minnesota.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-07-25 Nuggets v. Thunder -10.5 Top 106-149 Win 100 43 h 39 m Show

At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Denver.  The Nuggets upset the Thunder for the 2nd straight meeting when they won, 121-119, on Monday in Game 1 of this quarterfinals match-up.  We'll lay the points with OKC in Game 2, as double-revenge-minded teams, favored by more than 10 points, have cashed 67.4% since May 1991 vs. division foes.  OKC also falls into another revenge system of mine which is 85-34 ATS since 1990.  And the Thunder are a terrific 41-21-2 ATS at home off an ATS loss when playing with double-revenge.  Finally, Denver is a dreadful 36-93-3 ATS on the road off a SU/ATS win, if its opponent was off a SU loss and failed to cover the spread by 9+ points in its previous game.  Take the Thunder minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-07-25 Knicks v. Celtics -9.5 Top 91-90 Loss -115 40 h 12 m Show

At 7 pm, on Wednesday, our selection is on the Boston Celtics minus the points over New York.  The Celts won all four regular season meetings vs. New York, and were 8-1 their last nine vs. the Knicks, going into Game 1.  Boston had a 75-55 lead in the 3rd quarter on Monday, and then collapsed, eventually losing in overtime, 108-105.  I expect Boston to bounce back strong in Game 2, as it is 26-9 ATS off an upset playoff loss, including 6-0 ATS vs. division rivals.  Additionally, NBA teams off home upset losses to #3-seeded division rivals in the Playoffs have cashed 75% since 1990.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-06-25 Warriors v. Wolves -6.5 Top 99-88 Loss -110 30 h 16 m Show

At 9:30 pm, on Tuesday, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over the Golden State Warriors.  We played on the Warriors as a 2.5-point underdog on Sunday night in Game 7 vs. Houston, and got the $$$ in a 103-89 upset win.  But off that upset, we'll fade Steph Curry & Co. on Tuesday.  Indeed, the Warriors are a woeful 15-29 ATS their last 44 games off a straight-up win, including 0-6 ATS off an upset win.  Even better:  Minnesota plays with revenge from an upset loss earlier this season.  When these teams last met, the Warriors upset the T-Wolves, 116-115, as 7-point road underdogs.  The good news for Minnesota is that it is a super 30-12 ATS vs. foes it lost to at home in the previous meeting.  Take the T-Wolves.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-06-25 Pacers v. Cavs -9 Top 120-119 Loss -108 28 h 40 m Show

At 7 pm, on Tuesday, our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers minus the points over the Indiana Pacers.  The Pacers won their 3rd straight game Sunday, 121-112, in a Game 1 win over the Cavaliers.  We'll fade Indiana on Tuesday, as NBA road teams have cashed just 43% since 1990 in the Playoffs off an upset win in Game 1, if they were on a 3-game win streak.  And NBA road dogs off 9-point (or greater) upset Playoff wins have cashed just 32% of match-ups vs. division rivals since 1990.  For the season, the Cavs have gone 68-19 SU and 51-35-1 ATS, while the Pacers were under water at 40-46-2 ATS.  And Indiana is 21-33 ATS off a win this season (6-10 ATS off an upset win).  Lay the points with Cleveland.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-05-25 Nuggets v. Thunder -9.5 Top 121-119 Loss -108 17 h 24 m Show

At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over Denver.  The Thunder were the league's best team in the regular season (68-14), and are currently riding an 8-game win streak.  I won't step in front of this freight train right now, and especially not at home, where they have gone 37-6 SU and 30-12-1 ATS.  NBA teams on 8-game (or better) win streaks have gone 86-66 ATS in the NBA post-season.  And Denver is a poor 80-115 ATS on the road off a point spread win.  Lay the points with the Thunder.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-04-25 Warriors +2.5 v. Rockets Top 103-89 Win 100 18 h 20 m Show

At 8:30 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors + the points over Houston.  The Warriors come into this game off back to back losses in Games 5 + 6.  Off those two defeats, we'll step in and take Steph Curry & Co. in Game 7.  Indeed, the Warriors are an awesome 11-3 ATS in the Playoffs following back to back losses, including a perfect 5-0 ATS on the road.  And they're 28-14 ATS when they've owned a winning record, and playing with double-revenge vs. .700 (or worse) foes.  Meanwhile, Houston is a poor 30-46-3 ATS when playing a .583 (or better) foe that is playing with double-revenge.  Take the Warriors + the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-01-25 Nuggets v. Clippers -6.5 Top 105-111 Loss -108 13 h 31 m Show

At 10 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers minus the points over Denver.  The Nuggets blew out L.A., 131-115, in Game 5.  We'll fade Denver on the road in Game 6, as it is 0-14 ATS off a point spread win, and back to back wins, overall, if priced from +4 to +8, and matched up against an opponent  off a loss which failed to cover the spread by 9+ points in its previous game.  Lay the points with the Clippers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

05-01-25 Knicks +1.5 v. Pistons Top 116-113 Win 100 10 h 3 m Show

At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks + the points over Detroit.  The Knicks were upset at home in Game 5.  We'll take them on the road in Game 6, as they're 70-28 ATS on the road vs. .500 (or better) foes, if the Knicks were off an upset loss.  Grab the points.

04-30-25 Wolves v. Lakers -5.5 Top 103-96 Loss -108 31 h 13 m Show

At 10 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers minus the points over the Minnesota Timberwolves.  The Lakers find themselves in a 3-1 hole in this Opening Round series after dropping Games 3 + 4 in Minneapolis.  We'll fade the Timberwolves on Wednesday, as they're a wallet-busting 85-105-1 ATS on the road off back to back SU/ATS wins, including 15-25 ATS as an underdog vs. revenge-minded foes.  Additionally, in this series, the revenge-minded team has gone 8-0 SU/ATS the last eight times when installed as the favorite.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-30-25 Warriors v. Rockets -4 Top 116-131 Win 100 29 h 37 m Show

At 7:30 pm, on Wednesday, our selection is on the Houston Rockets minus the points over the Golden State Warriors.  The Rockets lost Games 3 + 4, and are now down 3-games-to-1 to Steph Curry & Co.  We will fade Golden State off those two wins, as they're a brutal 39-60-1 ATS as a road underdog of less than 9 points off back to back wins, including 16-32-1 ATS vs. revenge-minded foes.  And Houston is a super 27-12-1 ATS in the playoffs off back-to-back losses.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-29-25 Clippers -1.5 v. Nuggets Top 115-131 Loss -110 19 h 53 m Show

At 10 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers minus the points over Denver.  The Clippers were upset at home on Saturday, 101-99, when Aaron Gordon dunked in the game-winner at the buzzer.  We'll take Los Angeles as a road favorite tonight, as it is 24-11 ATS as a road favorite off a home upset defeat.  And it is 20-10 ATS on the road in the playoffs following a SU loss.  Lay the points.

04-29-25 Bucks +8 v. Pacers Top 118-119 Win 100 15 h 44 m Show

At 6 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks + the points over the Indiana Pacers.  The Bucks were favored by 4 points in Game 4, yet were walloped by Indiana, 129-103.  So, they failed to cover the spread by 30 points.  We'll take Milwaukee to bounce back, as road underdogs have cashed 63% since 1990 in the playoffs following a home game where they failed to cover the spread by 30+ points.  Take the Bucks.

04-28-25 Rockets +3.5 v. Warriors Top 106-109 Win 100 17 h 24 m Show

At 10 pm, on Monday, our selection is on the Houston Rockets + the points over the Golden State Warriors.  Steph Curry & Co. won on Saturday, 104-93, to take a 2-games-to-1 series lead in this first-round match-up.  We'll take Houston to bounce back on this Monday.  The Warriors are a woeful 43-98-3 ATS off a point spread win, when playing a revenge-minded foe.  And the Rockets are 12-2 ATS as an underdog in the post-season of less than 5 points.  Take Houston.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-27-25 Lakers +3 v. Wolves Top 113-116 Push 0 13 h 39 m Show

At 3:30 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers plus the points over Minnesota.  The #3-seeded Lakers lost Game 3, 116-104.  We'll take Los Angeles to bounce back, as #3 seeds have cashed 57.8% since 1990 in the first round of the playoffs following a SU/ATS loss to a #6 seed.  Grab the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-27-25 Knicks v. Pistons -1.5 Top 94-93 Loss -115 10 h 8 m Show

At 1 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Pistons minus the points over New York.  These two teams have alternated victories through the first three games of this series.  With Detroit down 2-games-to-1, and playing Game 4 at home, we'll lay the points with the Pistons.  Indeed, home favorites down 2-games-to-1 have cashed 63.8% since 1990 off a SU/ATS loss in Game 3.  Take Detroit.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-25-25 Lakers v. Wolves -3 Top 104-116 Win 100 54 h 53 m Show

At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over the Los Angeles Lakers.  We'll lay the points with the 6th-seeded T-Wolves, as #6 seeds have gone 25-7 SU and 21-10-1 ATS when favored over #3-seeds in Game 3 of a series.  Take Minnesota.

04-25-25 Pacers v. Bucks -4.5 Top 101-117 Win 100 52 h 1 m Show

At 8:00 pm, on Friday, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks minus the points over Indiana.  Indy took Games 1 +2 by scores of 117-98 and 123-115.  Off those two wins, we'll fade the Pacers in Game 3, as they're 29-62 ATS on the road vs. foes off back-to-back SU/ATS wins, if the game was competitively-priced with a point spread of 5 or less.  Take Milwaukee.

04-24-25 Knicks v. Pistons Top 118-116 Win 100 27 h 2 m Show

At 7:00 pm, on Thursday, our selection is on the New York Knicks over the Detroit Pistons.  The Pistons upset New York, 100-94, in Game 2.  We'll fade Detroit off that win, as it is 10-36 ATS at home off a win by more than 5 points.  Additionally, the Knicks are 69-28 ATS on the road off an upset loss, if matched up against a .500 (or better) foe.  Take New York.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-23-25 Warriors v. Rockets -2.5 Top 94-109 Win 100 43 h 48 m Show

At 9:30 pm, on Wednesday, our selection is on the Houston Rockets minus the points over Golden State.  The Warriors took Game 1, 95-85, as 1.5-point underdog.  We'll take Houston in Game 2, as the Warriors are a woeful 43-97 ATS off a point spread win, if their opponent is playing with revenge.  And they're 0-4 ATS on the road in Game 2 of a playoff series after winning Game 1.  Even better for Houston:  it is 10-1 ATS when favored (or PK) off an upset defeat.  Lay the points with the Rockets.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-22-25 Wolves v. Lakers -5.5 Top 85-94 Win 100 19 h 12 m Show

At 10 pm, on Tuesday, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers minus the points over the Minnesota Timberwolves.  The T-Wolves struck first in this first round playoff series, with a 117-95 win in Game 1.  We'll fade Minnesota tonight, as it is a poor 43-76 ATS in match-ups between .500 (or better) foes, if the Wolves defeated their opponent by more than 8 points in the season's prior meeting.  And the Wolves are also 15-27-1 ATS off an upset win by 8+ points.  Meanwhile, the Lakers are 6-1 ATS off a playoff loss by 14+ points.  Take Los Angeles.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-13-25 Clippers v. Warriors -2.5 Top 124-119 Loss -110 12 h 4 m Show

At 3:40 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over Los Angeles.  These two teams are locked in a tight battle for playoff seeding, so each team needs to win this afternoon.  I favor the revenge-minded Warriors, as they're 43-21 ATS vs. division foes, if the Warriors are rested and have revenge, and both teams own winning records.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-13-25 Suns v. Kings -15 Top 98-109 Loss -108 12 h 4 m Show

At 3:45 pm, our selection is on the Sacramento Kings minus the points over Phoenix.  The Suns snapped an 8-game losing streak with a blowout win over San Antonio, 117-98, on Friday.  We played on Phoenix in that game, but will fade them on the road in this season finale.  Sacramento needs a win to claim the 9th seed, and home court advantage vs. Dallas in the play-in tourney.  The Kings are on a 2-game losing streak, but they're a solid 50-32 ATS off exactly 2 losses.  Lay the points.

04-13-25 Hornets +12.5 v. Celtics Top 86-93 Win 100 10 h 35 m Show

At 1:10 pm, our selection is on the Charlotte Hornets + the points over Boston.  These two teams met Friday and the Celtics hammered the Hornets, 130-94.  We'll take Charlotte in this revenge game, as double-digit road dogs have cashed 67% since 1990 if they lost to the same foe by more than 21 points in their previous game.  Take Charlotte.

04-11-25 Rockets v. Lakers -9.5 Top 109-140 Win 100 16 h 45 m Show

At 10:40 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakers minus the points over the Houston Rockets.  The Rockets are a woeful 0-13-1 ATS in their final road game of the season when they've owned a win percentage greater than 0.600.  We'll fade Houston, and lay the points with the Lakers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-11-25 Warriors -13 v. Blazers Top 103-86 Win 100 15 h 16 m Show

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over Portland.  The Warriors were stunned, 114-111, by the 17-point underdog San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.  We'll take Golden State to bounce back, as it's 32-17 ATS on the road when it was upset as a favorite of -4.5 (or more) points in its previous game.  Take the Warriors.

04-11-25 Spurs v. Suns -4 Top 98-117 Win 100 15 h 15 m Show

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Phoenix Suns minus the points over the San Antonio Spurs.  This is the Spurs' final road game of the season.  And they're a poor 10-19-3 ATS in their final road game.  It's also the Suns' final home game, and Phoenix is 13-7 ATS in its final home games when not favored by 6+ points.  Take the Suns.

04-11-25 Thunder -10 v. Jazz Top 145-111 Win 100 15 h 46 m Show

At 9:40 pm, our selection is on the OKC Thunder minus the points over Utah.  The Jazz upset Portland, 133-126, in their last game.  We'll take OKC tonight, as it is 22-12-2 ATS as a road favorite, including 6-0 ATS vs. foes off an upset win.  Lay the points with the Thunder.

04-11-25 Grizzlies v. Nuggets -6.5 Top 109-117 Win 100 14 h 18 m Show

At 9:10 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets minus the points over the Memphis Grizzlies.  The Nuggets lost their previous home game, 125-120, to Indiana.  We'll take Denver, as it's 133-76 ATS at home when rested, if it lost its previous home game, straight-up, and was priced in the current game between +2.5 and -11 points.  Take the Nuggets.

04-11-25 Raptors v. Mavs -11 Top 102-124 Win 100 14 h 52 m Show

At 8:40 pm, our Non-Conference Game of the Month is on the Dallas Mavericks minus the points over the Toronto Raptors.  The Mavs lost their showdown with Luka Doncic and the Lakers on Wednesday, while the Raptors routed Charlotte, 126-96.  We'll take Dallas to bounce back off that loss, as it's 176-115-8 ATS off a SU loss when matched-up against a foe off a SU win.  Take Dallas.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-11-25 Cavs v. Knicks -7.5 Top 108-102 Loss -110 13 h 50 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks minus the points over the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Cleveland lost at Indiana, 114-112, last night.  We'll fade the Cavs here, as they're 10-28-1 ATS on the road when playing without rest against a foe off a SU loss.  Take New York.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-11-25 Bucks v. Pistons -5.5 Top 125-119 Loss -109 12 h 20 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Pistons minus the points over Milwaukee.  The Pistons lost by 21 to the Bucks in the season's prior meeting.  We'll take Detroit to avenge that defeat as it's 14-9 ATS this season when playing with revenge, while the Bucks are a poor 27-52 ATS when installed as an underdog of +2.5 (or more) points.  Take the Pistons.

04-11-25 Hawks -11 v. 76ers Top 124-110 Win 100 12 h 19 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Atlanta Hawks minus the points over the Philadelphia 76ers.  We played on the Hawks last night at Brooklyn, and got the $$$ in its 133-109 win.  That moved Atlanta to 28-4 its last 32 as a road favorite of -8 (or more) points.  We'll back the Hawks again in that situation tonight.  Lay the points.

04-10-25 Hawks -13 v. Nets Top 133-109 Win 100 10 h 8 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Atlanta Hawks minus the points over the Brooklyn Nets.  This is an important game for the Hawks.  Atlanta is battling the Bulls for the #8 seed, and needs two wins among its final three games to wrap it up.  The Nets, on the other hand, have long since been eliminated from the Playoffs.  Atlanta is 27-4-1 ATS as a road favorite of -8 (or more) points.  Lay the wood.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-10-25 Cavs v. Pacers -9 Top 112-114 Loss -108 9 h 28 m Show

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers minus the points over the Cleveland Cavaliers.  The Pacers need one win (or one Milwaukee Bucks loss) to wrap up the #4 seed in the Eastern Conference.  Cleveland has little to play for tonight, given it already owns the #1 seed.  Indiana lost here, at home, to Cleveland by 10 points in the last meeting.  We'll lay the points with the Pacers tonight, as they're 65-38-2 ATS when rested, and favored over a division foe it lost to in the season's prior meeting.  Take Indiana.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-09-25 Rockets v. Clippers -6.5 Top 117-134 Win 100 16 h 20 m Show

At 10:40 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers minus the points over Houston.  The Rockets have wrapped up the #2 seed in the Western conference, while the Clippers are battling it out with the Nuggets, Warriors, Grizzlies and Timberwolves for the #4 seed and home court advantage in the first round.  The Clippers play this game with revenge from a 117-106 home loss to Houston.  The good news for the Clips is they're 79-52-1 ATS in the regular season when favored by 3+ points, if they lost the season's previous meeting by more than five points.  Take L.A.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-09-25 Thunder v. Suns +11.5 Top 125-112 Loss -115 16 h 52 m Show

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Phoenix Suns + the points over Oklahoma City.  We played on the Thunder last night, and got the $$$ in its 16-point blowout win over the Lakers, 136-120.  Oklahoma City went on a 24-4 run late in the game to secure the win.  But off that emotional victory in its final home game of the season, we'll fade the Thunder on the road at Phoenix.  The Suns still have faint hope of making the Play-In tournament, but will need to win tonight (and the Mavericks to lose) to keep that dream alive.  Phoenix is a solid 120-72 ATS vs. unrested foes off a win, if the Suns weren't favored by 8+ points.  Take the Suns.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-09-25 Nuggets -3.5 v. Kings Top 124-116 Win 100 16 h 51 m Show

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets minus the points over Sacramento.  The Nuggets fired head coach Mike Malone on Tuesday, and installed David Adelman as interim head coach.  I expect that to light a fire under this Nuggets team which has gone 0-4 SU/ATS its last four games (and 6-18 ATS its last 24).  Denver is a strong 38-21 ATS off 3+ ATS losses, if matched-up against a .400 (or better) foe.  Take the Nuggets.

04-09-25 Celtics v. Magic -3.5 Top 76-96 Win 100 13 h 51 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Orlando Magic minus the points over Boston.  The Magic inched closer to securing the #7 seed with a win over the Atlanta Hawks last night.  Tonight, they'll host the Celtics, who needed overtime to dispatch the New York Knicks on Tuesday.  The Celtics are locked into the #2 seed, and have little incentive to play their starters the rest of the way.  This will be Boston's final road game of the season, while it's Orlando's final home game.  Lay the points.

04-08-25 Lakers v. Thunder -13.5 Top 120-136 Win 100 15 h 26 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over the Los Angeles Lakers.  The Thunder laid about as big an egg as it could on Sunday when it was blown out, 126-99, at home by the Lakers.  The good news for OKC is that it gets a 2nd bite at the apple on this Tuesday, as the Lakers will be back at Paycom Center tonight.  This is the Thunder's final home game of the season, so I expect they will be well-motivated to not lose back-to-back home games.  OKC is 22-11 ATS in its final home game of the season, including 9-1 ATS when playing with revenge, and 14-3 ATS off a SU loss.  Meanwhile, the Lakers are 4-9 ATS when playing a revenge-minded foe playing its final home game.  And they're 14-29-1 ATS as a road dog playing a foe they upset in the previous meeting.  Take OKC.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-07-25 Kings v. Pistons -7 Top 127-117 Loss -110 19 h 57 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Pistons minus the points over the Sacramento Kings.  The Pistons lost at home, 109-103, to Memphis, on Saturday, while Sacramento played Sunday, and upset the Cleveland Cavaliers.  We'll back Detroit, as it's 22-12 ATS this season off a loss.  Meanwhile, the Kings are a woeful 3-12 ATS when playing without rest, including 1-9 ATS vs. a rested foe.  And their 15-33 ATS off a SU win, when playing a foe off a SU loss.  Finally, Sacramento falls into negative 36-97 and 73-140-2 ATS systems of mine.  Lay the points with Detroit.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-06-25 Pacers v. Nuggets -6 Top 125-120 Loss -110 12 h 45 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets minus the points over Indiana.  The Nuggets lost their most recent home game, 113-106, to San Antone.  And they've lost three straight, overall, including a road game at Golden State, on Friday.  We'll look for Denver to get back into the win column tonight, as it has gone 133-75 ATS at home when rested, and priced from +2.5 to -11 points, if it also lost its most recent home game, straight-up.  Take Denver.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-06-25 Suns +9 v. Knicks Top 98-112 Loss -110 11 h 45 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Phoenix Suns + the points over the New York Knicks.  The Knicks went into Atlanta on Saturday, and hammered the Hawks, 121-105.  Unfortunately, New York is 0-17 ATS when playing without rest vs. a rested foe.  Grab the points with the Suns.

04-06-25 Lakers v. Thunder -8.5 Top 126-99 Loss -110 7 h 15 m Show

At 3:40 pm, our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder minus the points over the Los Angeles Lakers.  The Thunder are 50-25-3 ATS this season, and only need to go 2-2 ATS over their final four games to attain the best point spread win percentage over the course of an 82-game regular season since 1990-91 (the year my database starts).  Heretofore, the top ATS win percentage has been 65.4%, achieved by the Boston Celtics in 2007-08.  We actually played against OKC in its last game, and got the $$$ with the Houston Rockets, which upset OKC, 125-111.  That defeat snapped OKC's 11-game SU/ATS win streak.  We'll look for the Thunder to bounce back off that upset loss, as they're 28-9 ATS at home vs. a foe off a SU win, including 10-0 ATS their last 10.  Lay the points.

04-05-25 Wolves v. 76ers +16.5 Top 114-109 Win 100 9 h 37 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers + the points over the Minnesota Timberwolves.  This is a huge number for a team playing at home.  And, since 1990, NBA home dogs getting north of 15 points have covered 61%.  (In this situation, the 76ers have gone 5-0-1 ATS.)  There's no denying that the 76ers have been horrible ATS this season (26-49-2 ATS).  But that goes hand-in-hand with the oddsmakers installing them as an underdog at this price.  And Philly, actually, has been profitable when getting more than 6 points (15-13-1 ATS), including 2-0-1 ATS when getting 14+ points.  We'll take Philly.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-04-25 Mavs v. Clippers -9.5 Top 91-114 Win 100 14 h 11 m Show

At 10:40 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers minus the points over Dallas.  This is the first of back-to-back games between these teams in Los Angeles.  Dallas is seemingly locked into the 9/10 seed, while the Clippers are currently seeded 8, but are just 2.5 games in back of the #3-seeded Nuggets, so they could land anywhere in that wide range.  The Mavs come into this game off a win over Atlanta, but are an awful 35-67 ATS vs. .333 (or better) revenge-minded foes.  With Los Angeles playing with revenge from a 16-point loss at Dallas, we'll lay the points with the Clippers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-04-25 Nuggets -1 v. Warriors Top 104-118 Loss -108 14 h 43 m Show

At 10:10 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets over the Golden State Warriors.  It's hard to imagine a Steph Curry-led team would have lost nine straight games to a single opponent, but that's the case in this Warriors/Nuggets series.  Denver even won the last meeting, less than three weeks ago, when it rested all its players, and was a 13.5-point road underdog.  No matter...the Nuggets upset the Warriors, 114-105.  I like Denver to stretch its win streak to 10 games in this series, as it will play an unrested Golden State squad off a win in Los Angeles last night.  Denver is 10-0 SU its last 10 (and 20-3 SU its last 23) when rested and playing an unrested foe.  Take the Nuggets.

04-04-25 Blazers v. Bulls -5.5 Top 113-118 Loss -115 12 h 43 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Chicago Bulls minus the points over Portland.  The Bulls had the last two nights off following a 137-118 blowout of Toronto, while the Blazers played last night -- also vs. Toronto -- and notched a 112-103 win.  We'll take the Bulls, as they are rested and will play with revenge from a 113-102 upset loss at Portland earlier this season.  The Blazers are a wallet-busting 30-49 ATS on the road vs. rested, revenge-minded foes.  Take Chicago.

04-04-25 Thunder v. Rockets +7.5 Top 111-125 Win 100 12 h 41 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Houston Rockets plus the points over the Oklahoma City Thunder.  OKC has ripped off 11 SU/ATS wins in a row.  A lot of bettors won't want to step in front of this freight train, but I'm not one of those.  Indeed, we had our NBA Game of the Month in March on these Rockets +10.5 at OKC, and got the $$$ in a 137-128 ballgame.  We'll come right back with Houston as a home dog tonight.  For those intimidated by OKC's 11-game SU/ATS win streak, consider that NBA teams on 11-game (or better) SU/ATS win streaks have gone a pedestrian 12-11 ATS since 1990, so that doesn't worry me.  Houston is well-motivated to win, as it's locked in a battle with the Lakers and Nuggets for the #2 seed in the Western conference.  Moreover, at Game 8 forward, .649 (or better) home dogs have cashed 57% since 1990 if both teams entered off SU wins.  Take Houston.

04-04-25 Kings -10.5 v. Hornets Top 125-102 Win 100 11 h 42 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Sacramento Kings minus the points over the Charlotte Hornets.  The Hornets covered the 15-point spread on Wednesday, at Indiana (by a single point).  But that was their first ATS win in 7 games.  Charlotte is 19-57 on the season, and is 2 games clear of the 21-55 Pelicans in the race for a bottom three finish, and the best odds to land Cooper Flagg.  Sacramento, meanwhile, is one game ahead of the Suns for the final Play-In spot.  The Kings have dropped their last three games, but are a solid 37-22 ATS off back to back losses.  Lay the points.

04-03-25 Chattanooga v. Cal-Irvine -3.5 Top 85-84 Loss -108 19 h 11 m Show

At 9 pm, our selection is on the Cal Irvine Anteaters minus the points over UT Chattanooga.  Russell Turner's Anteaters have been one of the best point spread teams the past 2 seasons.  Last season, they went 19-14 ATS, and this season, they are 24-13 ATS.  Cal Irvine has been especially strong as a favorite of 6 or less points, as they're 13-2 ATS in that subset.  Chattanooga, meanwhile, is off 4 straight upset wins to reach this title game.  Unfortunately, since 1990, teams off 4 straight upset wins are just 40% ATS in tourney championship games.  Take Cal Irvine minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-03-25 Wolves -12.5 v. Nets Top 105-90 Win 100 18 h 50 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over Brooklyn.  The Nets upset Dallas, 113-109, on Monday.  And they also won two games back, 115-112, vs. Washington.  We'll fade Brooklyn tonight, as it's a brutal 28-57-2 ATS at home off an upset win, if it also won 2 games back.  Lay the points with Minnesota.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-03-25 Magic -13.5 v. Wizards Top 109-97 Loss -110 17 h 20 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Orlando Magic minus the points over Washington.  We played on the Wizards last night, as a 13.5-point underdog, and got the $$$ with them winning outright, 116-111, over Sacramento.  We'll fade Washington tonight, as it is 27-55 ATS as a double-digit dog off an upset win, including 9-26 ATS when playing its 3rd game in four nights.  Lay the points with Orlando.

04-03-25 Bucks v. 76ers +12.5 Top 126-113 Loss -115 17 h 20 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers plus the points over Milwaukee.  The Bucks are favored by double-digits tonight over Philly.  We'll fade the Bucks, as they're 18-39-2 ATS when laying more than 8 points, including 1-7-1 ATS their last nine on the road.  Take the 76ers.

04-02-25 Kings v. Wizards +13.5 Top 111-116 Win 100 8 h 10 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Washington Wizards + the points over the Sacramento Kings.  Washington comes into this game off a 26-point loss here, at home, to Miami on Monday.  We'll grab the points with the Wizards, as double-digit home dogs have gone 403-338-15 ATS off a loss, including 52-35-2 ATS off a loss by 26+ points, when playing with rest.  And the Kings have burned money as a favorite this season, including 16-23-1 ATS their last 40.  We'll take Washington as a big home dog.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-01-25 Wolves v. Nuggets -2 Top 140-139 Loss -108 12 h 48 m Show

At 10 pm, our selection is on the Denver Nuggets minus the points over Minnesota.  The Nuggets play this game with double-revenge from two losses to the T-Wolves.  I like Denver as a small home favorite, as it's 7-2-1 ATS its last 10 (and 46-28-2 ATS its last 76) games where it was playing with double-revenge.  Meanwhile, Minnesota is a dreadful 42-76 ATS in games between .500 (or better) teams when the T-Wolves won the season's prior meeting by more than 8 points.  Take Denver.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-01-25 Chattanooga v. Loyola-Chicago -2.5 Top 80-73 Loss -108 11 h 21 m Show

At 9:30 pm, our selection is on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers minus the points over UT-Chattanooga.  The Mocs enter this semi-final game off 3 straight upset wins, as they knocked off Middle Tennessee, Dayton, and Bradley.  Meanwhile, the Ramblers opened the Tourney with road wins over San Jose St. and San Francisco, before returning home to bomb Kent State, 72-62.  I like Loyola in this match-up, and will fade Chattanooga off its trio of upset wins.  Indeed, NIT Tourney teams have cashed just 30 percent off 3 upset wins since 1990.  Additionally, the Ramblers are 37-15 ATS vs. foes off upset wins, including a perfect 10-0 ATS vs. non-conference foes when Loyola was not laying more than 6 points.  And Chattanooga is 15-26 ATS as an underdog off an upset win.  Lay the points with the Ramblers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-01-25 Warriors v. Grizzlies +4.5 Top 134-125 Loss -115 4 h 1 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Memphis Grizzlies + the points over Golden State.  The Warriors come into this game off a 42-point blowout of the Spurs.  And they also bested Memphis when these teams last met, 121-113, in San Francisco.  We'll fade GSW, as it is 42-95 ATS off a point spread win, if its opponent was playing with revenge.  Take Memphis as a home underdog.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-01-25 76ers +14.5 v. Knicks Top 91-105 Win 100 9 h 30 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers + the points over New York.  The Sixers have been a horrible team this year against the spread, as they're 26-47-2 ATS.  But when one delves deeper into the numbers, they're exceptionally bad as a favorite (7-18 ATS) and as an underdog of +6 or less (4-18 ATS).  When Philly has gotten more than 6 points, they've gone 15-11-1 ATS.  Tonight, they're catching double-digits from the Knicks, who are 88-117-4 ATS when laying 9+ points, including 18-39-3 ATS inside the division.  Take Philadelphia.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

04-01-25 Blazers +5.5 v. Hawks Top 127-113 Win 100 9 h 28 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Portland Trail Blazers + the points over Atlanta.  The Hawks upset the Milwaukee Bucks, 145-124, as a 4-point underdog on Sunday.  We'll fade Atlanta tonight, as it is 6-26 ATS off an upset win as a 4-point (or greater) underdog, when matched-up against a foe off a SU/ATS loss (including 0-14 ATS if the Hawks' win percentage was greater than .460).  Take Portland.

04-01-25 Suns +6 v. Bucks Top 123-133 Loss -108 9 h 19 m Show

At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the Phoenix Suns + the points over Milwaukee.  The Bucks are laying a big number tonight to Phoenix.  We'll side with the Underdog Suns, as Milwaukee is a wallet-busting 30-53-3 ATS as a home favorite of -7 or more points.  And Phoenix is a solid 16-7 ATS off 3 (or more) SU/ATS losses.  Take the Suns + the points.

03-31-25 Nebraska v. Arizona State +6 Top 86-78 Loss -110 132 h 5 m Show

At 8:30 pm, on Monday, in the CROWN Tournament, our selection is on the Arizona State Sun Devils + the points over Nebraska.  Both of these teams come into this game on 5-game losing streaks.  Since 1990, in post-season, non-conference tournaments, favorites have covered just 40% when they lost their five previous games.  That doesn't bode well for Nebraska, here.  Additionally, the Big 12 Conference is 18-11-1 ATS vs. the Big 10 in the post-season.  I'll happily take the points with the Sun Devils, as they fall into a 48-13 ATS Tourney system of mine.  Take Arizona State.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-30-25 Pistons v. Wolves -6.5 Top 104-123 Win 100 21 h 30 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Minnesota Timberwolves minus the points over Detroit.  The Pistons come into this evening's game off 3 straight wins (and 2 straight covers).  Unfortunately, Detroit is a dreadful 9-33 ATS off back to back SU/ATS wins, when priced from +8.5 to -3.  Take Minnesota.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-30-25 Blazers +9 v. Knicks Top 93-110 Loss -110 20 h 31 m Show

At 6:10 pm, our selection is on the Portland Trail Blazers + the points over the New York Knicks.  Portland is riding an 0-3 SU/ATS losing streak.  But the Blazers are 17-8-1 ATS on the road off 3 SU/ATS losses.  And they also fall into a 90-30 ATS system of mine which plays on certain teams off SU/ATS losses.  Grab the points.

03-30-25 Clippers v. Cavs -7 Top 122-127 Loss -110 17 h 60 m Show

At 3:40 pm, our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers minus the points over the Los Angeles Clippers.  The Cavs will be seeking revenge this afternoon from a 132-119 beatdown at L.A. earlier this month.  We'll lay the points with Cleveland, as L.A. is a lousy 82-127 ATS vs. .589 (or better) revenge-minded foes.  Lay the points.

03-30-25 Tennessee v. Houston -3 Top 50-69 Win 100 16 h 38 m Show

At 2:20 pm, on Sunday, our selection is on the Houston Cougars minus the points over Tennessee.  We were 3-1 on Friday, including winners on the Under in the Houston/Purdue game, and the Under in the Tennessee/Kentucky game.  We also cashed the Under in the Michigan State/Ole Miss game, but lost on Houston.  In this game, we're going to focus on the Side, rather than the total.  Houston failed to cover the spread in its 62-60 triumph, while the Volunteers blew out Kentucky 78-65.  And that was the Vols' 2nd straight point spread win, as it also got the $$$ in its 9-point win over UCLA.  I like Houston here, as the Cougars are 41-19 ATS vs. foes off back-to-back ATS wins, provided Houston was not off back-to-back ATS wins.  Additionally, #1 seeds have had the edge on #2 seeds in games where they've been favored by more than 2 points, going 25-10 SU and 22-13-1 ATS.  Take Houston.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-29-25 Alabama v. Duke -6.5 Top 65-85 Win 100 15 h 38 m Show

At 8:45 pm, our selection is on the Duke Blue Devils minus the points over Alabama. The Crimson Tide scored 113 points in their win over BYU. But BYU is currently ranked #82 in defensive efficiency by Ken Pomeroy at his KenPom.com website; Duke allows just 62.5 ppg, and ranks #5. So, Alabama is going to have a much more difficult time at the offensive end vs. the Blue Devils. But that's just the start of Alabama's problems in this match-up. Duke ranks #1 in offensive efficiency, while Alabama is all the way down at #28 in defense. We'll lay the points with Duke, as favorites of more than 6 points that give up less than 66 points per game, have cashed 57% in the post-season vs. foes that scored 84+ in their previous game. Likewise, in the Elite Eight round, underdogs of 6.5 (or more) points are a horrid 2-19 SU and 7-13-1 ATS after scoring 75+ points in the Sweet 16 round. Take Duke. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-29-25 Heat v. 76ers +7.5 Top 118-95 Loss -110 13 h 29 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Philadelphia 76ers + the points over Miami.  Last month, the Heat upset the Sixers, 108-101.  We'll take Philly to avenge that defeat, as it's 47-24 ATS at home when playing with revenge from an upset loss.  Even better:  the Heat are a horrid 33-57 ATS off a SU win, when they were playing a foe off a SU loss.  Take Philly.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-29-25 Nets -1 v. Wizards Top 115-112 Win 100 13 h 57 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets over the Washington Wizards.  This is the 3rd meeting this season between these teams, and the Wizards won the first two -- both as underdogs.  We'll take Brooklyn tonight, as it is 77-48-2 ATS on the road when playing with revenge.  Additionally, Washington is a woeful 114-159 ATS at home vs. foes that it upset in the previous meeting.  Take Brooklyn.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-28-25 Purdue v. Houston -8 Top 60-62 Loss -108 62 h 1 m Show

At 10:05 pm, on Friday, in the NCAA Tournament, our selection is on the Houston Cougars minus the points over Purdue.  The 24-11 Boilermakers have been installed as a big underdog vs. the #1-seeded Cougars.  And I don't want any part of Matt Painter's men in this role.  Indeed, the Boilers are a brutal 59-97-7 ATS as an underdog, priced from +2.5 to +12.5 points, including 7-14 ATS in the post-season.  Meanwhile, the Cougars have dominated .750 (or worse) foes, going 129-7 SU and 83-52 ATS the last 5 seasons (compared to 9-20 ATS their last 29 vs. foes with a W/L percentage greater than .750).  Take Houston.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-28-25 Warriors -13 v. Pelicans Top 111-95 Win 100 14 h 29 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Golden State Warriors minus the points over New Orleans.  Steph Curry missed the last 2 games and, not surprisingly, the Warriors dropped each game to Atlanta and Miami.  But Curry returned to practice yesterday, and coach Steve Kerr is optimistic he will play tonight.  The Pelicans, meanwhile, downgraded Zion Williamson to being out for this game.  We'll lay the points with Golden State, as it is a terrific 155-101 ATS off a SU loss, if its opponent was off a SU win.  Take the Warriors.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-28-25 Knicks v. Bucks -1 Top 116-107 Loss -108 1 h 58 m Show

At 8:10 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks over the New York Knicks.  The Bucks come into tonight's game off back to back road losses, at Phoenix and at Denver.  We'll take Milwaukee here, at home, at Fiserv Center, as it is 61-29 ATS at home off back to back losses.  Take the Bucks.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie

03-28-25 Clippers v. Nets +13.5 Top 132-100 Loss -115 14 h 58 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Brooklyn Nets + the points over the Los Angeles Clippers.  When these two teams last met, the Clippers annihilated the Nets, 126-67.  We'll take Brooklyn to avenge that defeat, as it is 87-50 ATS in the regular season when playing with same-season revenge from a loss by more than 12 points.  Grab the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-27-25 Arizona +9.5 v. Duke Top 93-100 Win 100 38 h 34 m Show

At 9:35 pm, on Thursday, in the NCAA Tournament, our selection is on the Arizona Wildcats + the points over Duke.  The Blue Devils have been the 3rd best team relative to the point spread in this tourney, as they've covered the spread by an average of 10.75 ppg (Arkansas (+13.75) and Ole Miss (+13.5) rank as #1 and #2, respectively).  This fact, coupled with the Blue Devils' regular season success (it's 24-12 ATS on the season, and has covered by an average of 4.51 ppg), has led to a slightly-inflated point spread for today's game, based on my numbers.  I like the Wildcats dressed up as a revenge-minded underdog.  These two teams met in Tucson earlier this season, and the Blue Devils emerged victorious, 69-55, as a 1.5-point road underdog.  Arizona, however, is 14-2 SU and 11-4-1 ATS its last 16 games when playing with revenge.  And Duke is a dreadful 1-6 ATS its last seven (and 7-20-1 ATS its last 28) when playing a revenge-minded foe Duke defeated on the road earlier in the season, provided Duke wasn't favored by 15+ points in the current game.  Grab the points with the Wildcats.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-27-25 Rockets v. Jazz +13.5 Top 121-110 Win 100 16 h 54 m Show

At 9:10 pm, our selection is on the Utah Jazz + the points over the Houston Rockets.  The Jazz have been one of the better home dogs in the league over the years, with a 72-48 ATS mark.  Tonight, they'll look to bounce back off a 140-103 blowout loss at home to Memphis.  We'll take Utah, as home dogs of +4 (or more) points have cashed 60% since 1990 off a home loss by more than 30 points.  Take the Jazz.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-27-25 Maryland +6.5 v. Florida Top 71-87 Loss -108 35 h 9 m Show

At 7:35 pm, on Thursday, in the NCAA Tournament, our selection is on the Maryland Terrapins + the points over Florida.  Going into this tournament, Florida was a point spread darling.  It was 26-8 ATS, and covered the spread by an average of 5.73 ppg.  Unfortunately for its backers, Florida has burned money in this tournament, going 0-2 ATS.  I think that streak will reach three games on Thursday, as #1-seeds have gone 6-11-2 ATS in the Sweet 16 Round off back to back ATS losses.  Moreover, the Big 10 has dominated the SEC in the NCAA Tournament "in Vegas," as it's gone 16-7-1 ATS in the last 24 meetings.  And it's also 20-11-2 ATS the last 33 meetings when the Big 10 team has been the underdog.  Take Maryland.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-27-25 Pacers -11 v. Wizards Top 162-109 Win 100 14 h 55 m Show

At 7:10 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers minus the points over Washington.  The Pacers lost at the buzzer, 120-119, to the Lakers last night, while the Wizards upset the Sixers, 119-114, in Philly.  We'll fade the Wizards tonight, as unrested, double-digit home dogs have cashed just 30.7% of non-division games since 1990 off a SU win.  Lay the points with Indiana.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-26-25 Clippers -3 v. Knicks Top 126-113 Win 100 11 h 8 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Clippers minus the points over the New York Knicks.  The 5-game win streak of the Clippers was snapped on Sunday when OKC defeated Los Angeles, 103-101.  Meanwhile, New York enters off back to back double-digit wins over Wasington and Dallas.  We'll take Los Angeles, as the Clippers are 13-5 ATS as a road favorite off a SU home loss, including 7-1 ATS vs. an opponent off a SU win.  Lay the short number.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-26-25 Lakers +1 v. Pacers Top 120-119 Win 100 11 h 7 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the Los Angeles Lakersver the Indiana Pacers.  The Lakers are riding a 3-game SU/ATS losing streak after getting blasted at home by Milwaukee and Chicago, and then on the road, at Orlando.  The Lakers have covered 61.2% since 1990 on the road off 3 SU/ATS losses, if they failed to cover their previous game by 10+ points.  And the Pacers are 27-55 ATS vs. foes off back to back SU/ATS losses, if Indy wasn't getting more than 8 points in the game.  Take the Lakers.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-26-25 Illinois State -2 v. Cleveland State Top 79-68 Win 100 8 h 28 m Show

At 5 pm, on Wednesday, in the Championship game of the CBI Tournament, our selection is on the Illinois State Redbirds minus the points over Cleveland State.  The Vikings won and covered last night, as a 5-point favorite over Florida Gulf Coast, while the Redbirds failed to get the $$$ when they won by just 5, as a 7-point favorite over Incarnate Word.  The good news for the Redbirds here, is that they've cashed 61.1% in the post-season since 1990 when favored off an ATS loss.  Meanwhile the Vikings are a wallet-busting 9-22 ATS their last 31 as underdogs in the post-season (compared to 8-3 ATS their last 11 as a favorite).  Take the Redbirds minus the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

03-25-25 Mavs v. Knicks -9 Top 113-128 Win 100 13 h 14 m Show

At 7:40 pm, our selection is on the New York Knicks minus the points over the Dallas Mavericks.  Last night, the Mavs blew out Brooklyn, 120-101, while the Knicks had their 2nd straight day of rest.  We'll take the well-rested Knicks on Tuesday, as they play with revenge from a 129-114 upset loss in Dallas earlier this season.  And the Mavs are a miserable 0-8 ATS their last 8 (and 34-66-2 ATS their last 102) when playing a .333 (or better) revenge-minded foe it defeated earlier in the season (including 4-28-1 ATS if the Mavs were off an ATS win).  Lay the points with New York.  Good luck as always...Al McMordie.

03-25-25 Chattanooga v. Bradley -3 Top 67-65 Loss -115 4 h 56 m Show

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Bradley Braves minus the points over UT-Chattanooga.  The Braves have been dominant here, in Peoria, as they've gone 54-8 SU and 38-19-2 ATS since November 27, 2021, including 16-3 ATS in non-conference games.  We'll lay the points with Bradley.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
