05-21-22 | Polyana Viana v. Tabatha Ricci -125 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 80 h 43 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC VEGAS 55 SUPER PLAY winner is on Tabatha Ricci Analysis to follow |
05-21-22 | Alen Amedovski +175 v. Joseph Holmes | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 79 h 50 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC VEGAS 55 DOG DESTROYER winner is on Alen Amedovski Joseph Holmes is 7-2 but in the grand scheme of things is not really all that much. He has no stand up game to speak of and is off a unanimous decision loss to journeyman Jamie Pickett. His only perceived advantage is that he's been active over the past 24 months where his opponent hasn't. Amedovski (8-2) was highly thought of at the start with eight straight KO wins but lost both his 2019 fights and was KO'd in 14 seconds in most recent. He's stepped away to regroup but trains out of the same camp as Chamaev and that crew so you know he see's the best in the world on a daily basis at the end. Amedovski just might be a spent shell but if he's not, he's definitely worth a look at +175 here. |
05-19-22 | Lightning +155 v. Panthers | 2-1 | Win | 155 | 7 h 10 m | Show
DMACK'S BOLTS/PANTHERS GAME TWO POWER PLAY winner is on the Tampa Bay Lightning We used the Lightning in Game One and came away with a nice dog winner. Right back with the same rationale as Game One. Tampa Bay basically did all it's heavy lifting in the first round versus Toronto. Coming back from 3-2 down and on the road removed any doubt that this team is dialed into to ThreePeat. They have the players to do it and have seemingly flipped the switch. Even down 0-1 in Game One, there was never a point that Tampa Bay would not win. Lightning 4-2. |
05-18-22 | Mavs +5 v. Warriors | 87-112 | Loss | -110 | 34 h 53 m | Show
DMACK'S MAVS/WARRIORS NBA GAME ONE SUPER PLAY The pundits say that taking the Mavs here is the sexy thing to do here. It's probably the smart thing as well. We saw a short-handed Grizz team give Golden State fits, especially at home. The Mavs are similar in many ways excepts for young guys they have experienced veteran role guys that know what they need to do. Steph and Luka will get their but Dallas is bigger, plays better defense, and deeper. Mavs size is also a BIG factor. Grab the points. |
05-17-22 | Lightning +147 v. Panthers | 4-1 | Win | 147 | 8 h 3 m | Show
DMACK'S LIGHTNING/PANTHERS NHL GAME ONE SUPER PLAY The Panthers were life and death to beat the Caps in Round one and both their home ice and goaltending failed them. Tampa Bay was dead to rights after five games versus Toronto but managed to survive two eliminators to move on. IMO, most of the heavy lifting is over and the Bolts can really settle in here and and make a big run at their Three-Peat. Tampa Bay 5-3. |
05-15-22 | Mavs +6.5 v. Suns | 123-90 | Win | 100 | 10 h 42 m | Show
DMACK'S MAVS/SUNS GAME SEVEN SUPER PLAY winner is on the Dallas Mavericks The home team has won all six games and these games have not been particularly competitive. Game Seven's in the NBA have been as a rule low scoring but not willing to pull the trigger on the Under here. Dallas at their best can not only keep this close but win straight up. Dallas in many respects brought in some pretty good support players to put around Luka and their are getting close. See this game coming down to final 60 seconds and the six and a hook are impossible to ignore. Dallas straight up. |
05-14-22 | Alan Patrick v. Michael Johnson -135 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 134 h 53 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC ON ESPN 36 PRELIM PUNISHER winner is on Michael Johnson They say that the most dangerous animal is a wounded animal and that's exactly what we get in 19-17 Michael Johnson. "The Menace" is a veteran back to 2010 in the GSP/Koscheck TUF and when he's good, he's very good, when he's bad, he's abysmal. He owns wins over Tony Ferguson and Dustin Poirier yet he's 2-7 L9 and on a four fight losing streak. He's very much fighting for his UFC life. Alan Patrick is 14-3 is a 38-year-old journeyman that is a high risk and high reward fighter with defensive flaws that make him tailor made for Johnson. Whatever is left in the tank, we'll see it here. Johnson by second round knockout. |
05-14-22 | Lightning v. Maple Leafs -123 | 2-1 | Loss | -123 | 15 h 27 m | Show
DMACK'S BOLTS/LEAFS NHL GAME SEVEN SUPER PLAY winner is the Toronto Maple Leafs This has been a great series and Game Seven figures to to be the same. This is a benchmark game for Toronto who has not won a Stanley Cup since 1967 and has suffered from many inexplicable playoff failures with some pretty good teams. The offense has had no trouble solving Tampa goalie Vasilevskiy but has been hurt by poorly timed lapses on defense. This is the year that Toronto breaks through and look to the snipers, Auston Mathews and John Tavares, to get them through. Toronto 6-3. |
05-14-22 | Brewers -129 v. Marlins | 3-9 | Loss | -129 | 14 h 17 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Milwaukee Brewers Miami is 2-10 in its L12 and the Fish are 1-5 in Trevor Rodger's six starts. They'll face a Brewer team that's rolling at 17-7 L24 and Milwaukee is 5-0 in Eric Lauer's (3-0, 1.42) five starts. These are clearly two teams headed in opposite directions to get streaking Milwaukee at basically a quarter despite being on the road is as close to as good as it gets. |
05-13-22 | Angels -142 v. A's | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 13 h 41 m | Show
DMACK'S FRIDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY is in the Angels (Action, Bullpen game regardless) The A's have won four of five but that was thanks to sweep of Miami. Jeffries has been abysmal on the mound at 0-5 with a 6.66 ERA. Oakland is just 4-9 at home. It's a bullpen game for the Halos who are 15-7 L22, and a gaudy 9-5 on the road. If Trout and Ohtani stay healthy and the excellent pitching stands up .... this could be a big year for the Angels. |
05-13-22 | Celtics v. Bucks -1.5 | 108-95 | Loss | -105 | 11 h 6 m | Show
DMACK'S FRI CELTICS/BUCKS SLAM DUNK winner is on the Milwaukee Bucks We've seen throughout the playoffs how teams regret not having finish games when they have the opportunity. Two back, the Bucks blew a nine point lead to start the fourth quarter ... the Celtics returned the favor in Game Five. The Champs are home and really had Game Four in hand except for a career game by Al Horford and Boston's unconscious 83% from the field and 43 fourth quarter points. Milwaukee closes this out tonight. |
05-12-22 | Wild v. Blues -108 | 1-5 | Win | 100 | 10 h 26 m | Show
DMACK'S MINNESOTA/ST LOUIS GAME SIX winner is on the St Louis Blues Minnesota made a bold move by playing Marc-Andre Fleury over All-Star Cam Talbot who went 13-0-3 down the stretch. Fleury has had his moments but through five games had allowed the second most goals through five games of any goalie in the playoffs. St Louis on the other hand has blown the dust off veteran Jordan Binnington who has saved the Blues bacon between the pipes and put St Louis in the driver's seat 3-2 with a close out shot tonight on home ice. Taking the homestanding Blues who have been outstanding on home ice all year. Looking for the best of St Louis tonight to seal the deal and advance to the Western Conference Final Four. |
05-11-22 | Warriors -170 v. Grizzlies | 95-134 | Loss | -170 | 13 h 24 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDNESDAY NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Golden State Warriors The Grizz have played well, with and without JA Morant. They're 20-6 without him but not being able to close out the Warriors late in Game Four will come back to haunt Memphis. Why ??? Because Golden State shot horrendously from the field and survived on a couple of bounces and 8-8 from the line late by Steph Curry. Don't count on Golden State to shoot low 30% again tonight and leave to the Warriors to win straight up and go home and get healthy and relax. Golden State by 5-8. |
05-11-22 | A's +110 v. Tigers | 9-0 | Win | 110 | 11 h 4 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDNESDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Oakland A's The A's are 2-10 L12 and the Tigers 1-7 L8 after these two split a double-header yesterday. Not much to recommend for either but we do know that Oakland does have some offense. Zach Logue makes his second start after allowing two runs in five innings of debut. He'll face a Tigger lineup that snapped a 28 inning scoreless streak yesterday, a run that is now 7 runs scored in 42 innings. It will be a bullpen game for Detroit who is just 6-11 at home. Oakland will not find a better spot then this to get healthy. |
05-09-22 | Phillies v. Mariners -120 | 9-0 | Loss | -120 | 14 h 41 m | Show
DMACK'S MONDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Seattle Mariners The Phillies are 4-1 in Suarez starts despite his 5.44 ERA in five starts. The Phils are 3-7 on the road and 2-6 in L8 overall. The Philadelphia pen is not very good. Seattle is 2-10 L12 but primarily all the road. The Mariners are 8-5 at home where they are a handful. Look at Chris Flexen carefully! He's 1-4 with a 3.07 ERA but extremely unlikely as three of his four losses came in games where Seattle was shut out. The M's rate a confident call. |
05-09-22 | Celtics v. Bucks | 116-108 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 44 m | Show
DMACK'S CELTICS/BUCKS GAME FOUR SUPER PLAY winner is on the Milwaukee Bucks A lot has been made of the final 30 seconds of Game Three and not the most of the rest of the game that Milwaukee pretty much had in hand. Milwaukee's biggest failure was not slamming the door in the fourth quarter. The Bucks are home and with a win here, can go to Boston to get the clincher. The Milwaukee supporting cast is yet to show it's best. Fear the Deer in Game Four. |
05-08-22 | Marlins v. Padres -147 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 5 h 51 m | Show
DMACK'S MLB GAME OF THE WEEK winner is on the San Diego Padres The Padres are 13-5 L18 and ran into a buzzsaw last night in Marlin ace Pablo Lopez. The Friars counter with their top guy in Joe Musgrove today. The big righty is 4-0 with a 2.77 ERA in his last four starts and San Diego is 5-0 this year when he toes the rubber. The Marlins snapped six-game losing streak last night but are up against here. Take San Diego as the MLB Game of the Week. |
05-08-22 | Justin Gaethje v. Charles Oliveira -170 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 61 h 0 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC 274 Main Event winner is on Charles Oliveira Justin Gaethje is a tough guy but his game was exposed by Khabib who laid out the blueprint on how to beat him. Gaethje is an excellent striker, has a big gas tank, and an iron chin but he's willing to take damage and is grappling is without question weak. There is no better grappler, BBJ, or submission fighter in MMA than Charles Oliveira. He just fought a very similar fighter in Dustin Porier and can basically go out with the same game plan and win. Oliveira's biggest flaw is overconfidence but if he takes his time and is patient. He'll be able to wear Gaejthe down and get a stoppage late. Definitely a possible Fight of the Night possibility, this is going to be a good one Oliveira by fourth round submission. |
05-07-22 | Marlins v. Padres -112 | 8-0 | Loss | -112 | 9 h 58 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the San Diego Padres Granted that Lopez has been the acre of the Marlins staff, he's never faced the Padres who can swing the bats and are currently on a 13-4 L17 run. We haven't seen the best of Manaea yet but might do so here and the Friars continue to surge. Lay the small number. |
05-07-22 | Grizzlies +7 v. Warriors | 112-142 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 59 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY NHL PLAY OF THE DAY is on the Memphis Grizzlies People forget that the Grizz are the two seed in this pairing and got there battling injuries all year. They'll miss Dillon Brooks here via suspension but it's simply next man up for Memphis who haas to be flying high knowing they should be up 2-0 in the series. Golden State is not playing great by any means and with Steph and Klay not shooting well, Grizz have a big chance to win this game straight up. |
05-07-22 | Rangers -110 v. Penguins | 4-7 | Loss | -110 | 8 h 33 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY NHL PLAY OF THE DAY is on the NY Rangers The Rangers responded with a 5-2 win in Game Two after losing Game One 4-3 in 3X OT with Shesterkin making 79 saves. Pens don't have to goaltending to go head-to-head with the Broadway Blues and even at the igloo, having No.31 between the pipes will be the difference maker. NYR 4-2. |
05-06-22 | Wild v. Blues -109 | 5-1 | Loss | -109 | 17 h 45 m | Show
DMack's Friday NHL Play of the Day winner is on the St Louis Blues The Blues got their split by winning 4-0 at Minnesota in Game One and then appeared uninterested in getting spanked by the Wild in Game Two. Throwing games away is not much of a recipe for success but will give the Blues a pass knowing they are 8-1-1 in L10 and killers at 26-10-5 at home where they always do their best work. See the home team with a 5-2 type of win here. |
05-06-22 | Heat -3 v. 76ers | 79-99 | Loss | -110 | 14 h 22 m | Show
DMACK'S FRIDAY NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Miami Heat Joel Embiid has been ruled out of Game III so on that, just can't help but come right back with Miami who easily won the first two games by 14 and 16 points respectively. Granted, both games were in Miami and we're not so much taking into account margin as we are that the Heat were able to do pretty much anything they wanted. Miami is shooting 50% from the floor for the series and that includes a 9-36 night from downtown in Game One. You have to have the horses and the 76ers clearly don't. |
05-04-22 | Mavs +6.5 v. Suns | 109-129 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 55 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDNESDAY NBA PLAY OF THE Day winner is on the Dallas Mavericks Phoenix bust out of the gate to a 20-point lead in Game One and there was no way back for the Mavs. The Suns shot better than 60% in the first half and may have took it's foot of the pedal but to their credit, the Mavs fought back the entire way and had a wide open look on the final shot of the game to get a back door cover. Expect a much closer game start to finish here. Dallas was 6-0 or 5-0-1 ATS in the six-game Utah series and expecting much better play from the visitors tonight. |
05-04-22 | Lightning v. Maple Leafs -126 | 5-3 | Loss | -126 | 9 h 22 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDNESDAY NHL PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Toronto Maple Leafs We played the Maple Leafs in Game One, a 5-0 Toronto win, and came away with two things. The two-time defending champ Lightning look tired and heavy footed. The Maple Leafs looked focused and were just flying around with a purpose. This didn't look like a one-time thing and look for Toronto in a repeat performance tonight. It's tough to maintain the excellence that we've seen from Tampa Bay the last four years. The Bolts run just might be coming to an end and Toronto, one of the original six who has not won a Stanley Cup since 1967, might be ready to kick in the door. Toronto 5-3. |
05-03-22 | Yankees v. Blue Jays UNDER 8 | 9-1 | Loss | -115 | 10 h 59 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Yankees/Jays UNDER The Bomber won the first game of the series 3-2 last night as the red-hot Yanks have now won 10 straight. Strong pitching matchup here with Jameson Taillon 1-1 with a 3.26 ERA in fours starts that saw the Bronx go 3-1. Manoah is a lights out 4-0 1.44 ERA in his four starts with the Jays. He's 2-0 with a 1.53 ERA in three lifetime starts versus New York. |
05-03-22 | Penguins v. Rangers -125 | 4-3 | Loss | -125 | 10 h 5 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NHL PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the NY Rangers This game and this series depends on one thing .... Igor Shesterkin. With a month left in the NHL regular season, Shesterkin was in the mix as a top three candidate for MVP but minor injuries and average play has made that a moot point. The season series was 2-1 NYR (3-2, 5-1, 0-1) and the Broadway Blues have one of the strongest home ice ads in the league. Big game and big series for the Rangers and this year they have the coach and the players to make a legitimate run. The Rangers draw first blood. |
05-02-22 | Mavs +6 v. Suns | 114-121 | Loss | -110 | 38 h 18 m | Show
DMACK'S MON ROUND TWO MAVS/SUNS SUPER PLAY winner is on the Dallas Mavs The Mavs dispatched Utah is six games, playing without Luka in three. Dallas actually dominated the series throughout going either 6-0 or 5-0-1 ATS against the Jazz regardless of who they put on the floor. The Suns actually struggled with the Pelicans at times and you can't be sure that Devin Booker will be 100% here coming off his ding against NOLA. Thinking that Dallas has a big chance to win this game straight up and the extra six points are impossible to ignore. |
05-02-22 | Lightning v. Maple Leafs -117 | 0-5 | Win | 100 | 36 h 39 m | Show
DMACK'S MONDAY NHL PLAYOFFS FIRST BLOOD winner is on the Toronto Maple Leafs The great thing about the NHL playoffs is that you just never know. Home ice sometimes means nothing and upsets are pretty much routine. All eight playoff teams in the Eastern Conference racked up 100 points so all eight are legit and any of the eight could win. Toronto has been knocking on the door the last couple of years with Auston Mathews and Co. They endured some early round playoff disasters but this just might be their year. Tampa Bay is the two-time defending champs but have been very ordinary on the road and the Leaf offense has been very much in sync. Can't see anything less than a top notch Toronto effort here. |
05-02-22 | Braves v. Mets -110 | 5-2 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 54 m | Show
DMACK'S MONDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the NY Mets The Braves are 6-11 in their L17, lost at Texas last night and traveled to face the red-hot Mets who are 13-5 L18, have the most wins in the majors and have just been finding ways to win. Atlanta getting lots of love with Max Fried who has been their best pitcher to this point. Bassit is yet to face the Bravos in his career but is off to a 3-1 start with a 2.25 ERA so playing in Queens obviously agrees with him. Mets keep rolling. |
05-01-22 | Angels -115 v. White Sox | 6-5 | Win | 100 | 6 h 3 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Anaheim Angels The Angels are 8-3 L11 and 6-3 L9 on the road in their best start in recent memory. Mike Lorenzon toes the rubber for the Halos who is 2-1 (2.93) in his three starts. Dallas Keuchel has had success against the Angels in the past but he's not an Astro now and his ERA is 13.50 in three starts this year. The Angel top of the order is the difference here. |
05-01-22 | Bucks v. Celtics -4.5 | 101-89 | Loss | -110 | 32 h 41 m | Show
DMACK'S BUCKS/CELTICS ROUND TWO FIRST BLOOD winner is on the Boston Celtics The Celtics were the best team in the NBA after the first of the year and show no signs of slowing down. They'll be doubly tough after weeping the Nets four game but by just a combined 18 points making it the third tightest sweep in NBA history. The Bucks basically had a walk against Chicago and with Kris Middleton expected out another three weeks, the champs have their work cut out for them. Boston 108-96. |
04-30-22 | Marlon Vera +115 v. Rob Font | 1-0 | Win | 115 | 66 h 42 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Marlon Vera Analysis to Follow |
04-30-22 | Jake Collier v. Andrei Arlovski -129 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 15 h 55 m | Show

04-30-22 | Joanderson Brito v. Andre Fili -215 | 1-0 | Loss | -215 | 65 h 39 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN DOMINATOR winner is on Andre Fili Joanderson Brito is a very average fighter with decent standup but not much else considering his daunting physique. Andre "Touchy" Fili not only has the best nickname in the UFC but he's also a pretty good multi-faceted fighter. Fili fights out of Team Alpha Male in Sacramento and is somewhat of an enigma in that he just can't seem to break through alternating wins and losses against top notch fighters like Max Holloway, Yair Rodriguez, and Charles Jourdain who we saw on last week's card. Fili has been itching to get back in since probably costing himself a 50K bonus award when he was dominating Daniel Pineda and seconds away from a stoppage when he carelessly poked Pineda in the eye and was fortunate to come out of it with a No Contest rather than a DQ. I think we see the best Andre Fili here winning a dominant (30-27, 3X) unanimous decision. |
04-30-22 | Krzysztof Jotko v. Gerald Meerschaert +150 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 63 h 9 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Gerald Meerschaert Since losing in 17 seconds to Chimaev, Meerscheart (GM3) has won three strait fights, all by submission. In fact, GM3 (33-14) is the UFC all-time leader in submission wins. Jotko has no power to speak of as a striker so Meerscheart can take more chances to get the fight to the ground. Very nice dog price as well. |
04-30-22 | Phillies v. Mets -117 | 4-1 | Loss | -117 | 14 h 4 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the NY Mets Philly is 2-6 on the road and send a starter to the mound here who is 1-3 with a 4.85 ERA in five starts against the Mets. The Phillies were no-hit against five Met pitchers on Friday. The Mets are the first to 15 wins and 12-4 in their L16 games. New York starter Walker made one start and was hurt after two innings. He's 1-2 versus Philadelphia but ..... rocks a 2.15 ERA in seven career starts against the Phils. 17 cents is a nice price! |
04-30-22 | Daniel da Silva -120 v. Francisco Figueiredo | 0-1 | Loss | -120 | 62 h 52 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Daniel da Silva The only thing similar between brother Francisco Fig and his flyweight champion brother is the last name. da Silva is much the better of the two and da Silva fights have never gone the distance win or lose. da Silva chokes out the Sniper in two. |
04-30-22 | Mike Breeden +170 v. Natan Levy | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 61 h 56 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN WONDER DOG winner is on Mike Breeden Natan Levy was a highly touted and undefeated Jiu-Jitsu specialist who was awful in his UFC debut, a unanimous decision loss to Rafa Garcia in a fight he was never in. Thinking that Levy was paired with Mike "Money" Breeden as a soft touch but that's not the case. Breeden (10-4) is a tough guy who sometimes gets careless and gets caught himself. Eight of his ten wins have come by KO and he's an experienced vet who is capable of unloading on Levy here. Levy opened as a better than 2-1 favorite but it's been nothing but Breeden money early. In the case, the early birds just might be right and cash VERY healthy tickets. |
04-30-22 | Gina Mazany -175 v. Shane Young | 0-1 | Loss | -175 | 61 h 38 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC on ESPN 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Gina Mazany Two southpaws with almost identical records and last five results. Young is a straight up kick boxer without much power while Mazany will be much the stronger of the two. Mazany has always been a wrestler and now in the James Kraus camp will be improved for sure. Mazany by late stoppage or dominant decision. |
04-29-22 | Yankees -1.5 v. Royals | 12-2 | Win | 100 | 8 h 31 m | Show
DMACK'S FRIDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY is Yankees on the Run Line The Yanks have won six straight and Cortes rocks a razor sharp 1.13 ERA in his three starts. The Royals are up against it here at 5-10 L15 and send out a starter with an ERA of 14.14 in three starts. Bombers are 8-1 L9 and 6-1 against the Central and figures to win by multiple runs with the big bats. Run line mitigate possible damage from -190 to about even money. |
04-29-22 | Golden Knights v. Blues -165 | 7-4 | Loss | -165 | 8 h 4 m | Show
DMACK FRIDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the St Louis Blues The VGK will not be going to the playoffs for the first time in franchise history having lost three straight games by shootout with the Knights a historically tied for third all-time 0-17 in the extra extra stanza. The Blues are 8-1-1 in their L10 with that loss coming at Colorado in their last ... no shame there. Look for St Louis to try and get it's mojo back with a win here against a team the don't especially like to begin with. |
04-29-22 | Flames -145 v. Jets | 1-3 | Loss | -145 | 8 h 40 m | Show
DMACK FRIDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Calgary Flames Winnipeg will see it's nightmare season come to a close while Calgary will start a playoff series with Nashville. The Flames could rest everyone and mail this one in (and could still very well win) but with red-ass Darryl Sutter at the helm, that won't happen as Calgary is made of better stuff as evidenced as 7-1-2 L10 run down the stretch in a division that they had iced long ago. |
04-29-22 | Blackhawks v. Sabres -122 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 7 h 46 m | Show
DMACK FRIDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Buffalo Sabres The Sabres lost their last game at a red-hot Boston Bruin team on Wednesday. Buffalo had won prior four including two home games that they won by 9-5 aggregate. Chicago has won two straight against Philly and VGK on home ice. The Blackhawks are 14-21-5 on the road this year and figure to just go through the motions of getting this one out of the way. |
04-28-22 | Mavs +1 v. Jazz | 98-96 | Win | 100 | 18 h 26 m | Show
DMACK'S THURSDAY NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Dallas Mavs Dallas has pretty much dominated every aspect of the series in all five games. A tiny hiccup in Game Four at Utah as the Mavs worked Luka back into the lineup. Game Five was the blowout at home we all expected. The Mavs have had a season similar to the Celtics ... slow start, third best record after the first of the year. Dallas by 10. |

04-27-22 | Astros -110 v. Rangers | 4-3 | Win | 100 | 7 h 38 m | Show
DMACK WEDS 3-GAME MLB POWER PACK winner is on the Houston Astros Houston has a big edge in pitching here and traditionally dominates Texas in these Governors Cup series. Texas is just 2-6 at home and their big money off season pickups have gotten off to a slow start. Houston gets back on track here. |
04-27-22 | Canadiens v. Rangers -1.5 | 4-3 | Loss | -100 | 6 h 57 m | Show
DMack's Weds NHL Play of the Day is in the NY Rangers Puck Line The Rangers have lost back to back games to Boston and Carolina .... no shame there. Their three games prior were against Detroit (W 4-0), Winnipeg (W 3-0), and the Islanders (W 6-3), three games against better than what they see here by a 13-3 aggregate. The Canadiens are 1-9 L10, on the road, and by playing the Puck Line with mitigate any damage from -375 to + money. No brainer. |
04-27-22 | Marlins -138 v. Nationals | 2-1 | Win | 100 | 6 h 41 m | Show
DMACK WEDS 3-GAME MLB POWER PACK winner is on the Miami Marlins Lopez is 2-0 with a 0.58 ERA in his first three starts and the Marlins have settled into a 4-1 run in the last five. The Nats have lost six straight and send Fedde the mound rocking a 7.53 ERA. Easy call. |

04-27-22 | Inter Milan -0.5 v. Bologna | 1-2 | Loss | -119 | 58 h 30 m | Show
DMACK's ITALIAN SERIE A GAME OF THE WEEK winner is INTER MILAN Analysis to follow |
04-26-22 | Ducks v. Sharks -126 | 5-2 | Loss | -126 | 11 h 43 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the San Jose Sharks The last 25 games for the Ducks has been a nightmare. Saturday the Ducks were up 2-0 at home after a period and lost 7-3 to the Blues. San Jose has had a similar season but to their credit, they have not quit and been a spoiler on different occasions. The recent games they have lost have been by a goal and the majority of those were overtime or a shootout. Plenty of snipers in San Jose and the price is certainly fair. |
04-26-22 | Wolves v. Grizzlies -5.5 | 109-111 | Loss | -115 | 8 h 44 m | Show
DMACK'S NBA PLAY OF THE DAY WINNER is the Memphis Grizzlies Anthony Edwards is a star and has put the Wolves on his back in this series. Two good games and two stinkers for KAT and this is a big game for his psyche. The Grizz are good, young, and deep and to be 2-2 at this point is probably as good as can be expected at this point. The Grizz have been down for a long long time. Memphis did it this year with everyone contributing and a next man up mentality. Thinking this is where Ja shines and the rest of the role people step up in this always key Game Five .... this could be similar to what Dallas did to Utah last night. Lay it. |
04-26-22 | Panthers -116 v. Bruins | 2-4 | Loss | -116 | 7 h 9 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Florida Panthers There is still an outside chance, granted very outside, that these two could meet in the first found. That said, this game could be a statement game towards next week. Florida has just been a juggernaut. President's Trophy winner (most points), 25 more goals than No.2, a goal differential of 100. Not as much on the road as 34-7 at home but so much more firepower than Boston. Nice price. |
04-26-22 | Devils v. Senators -140 | 4-5 | Win | 100 | 7 h 59 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Ottawa Senators The Devils have lost three straight after pretty much twisting the knife in Las Vegas last week. New Jersey just playing out the string and another year of misery will be over on Friday. Ottawa has actually has put together a nice second half and can take that momentum into next year. The Sens have won three straight and have always played their best on home ice this year. Easy call. |
04-25-22 | Jazz v. Mavs -2.5 | 77-102 | Win | 100 | 17 h 17 m | Show
DMACK'S NBA PLAYOFF ROUND ONE GAME OF THE YEAR winner is on the Dallas Mavericks Luka was back with an effortless double/double and the truth is that the Mavs should be playing to clinch here after one-point loss at Utah in Game Four. The Mavs were the third best team in the NBA overall in the second half and 29-12 this year at home in the American Airline Center wher we are tonight. The Mavs pretty much dominated the first three games of the series without Luka and depending on when you bet Game One, the Mavs are either 3-1 or 3-0-1 ATS after four games. Dallas will not make any mistake here in twisting the knife in the Jazz and we don't expect this key Game Five to even be somewhat close ..... Dallas by 10-14 as your NBA Playoff Round One game of the year! |
04-25-22 | Mets -140 v. Cardinals | 5-2 | Win | 100 | 16 h 16 m | Show
DMACK'S MLB Play of he Day winner is on the NY Mets (Scherzer) Nice matchup here between two of the top teams in the National League. Max Scherzer is 3-0 with a 2.50 in three starts and is paying immediate dividends on the mound and in the clubhouse. Mets 9-3 L12 and 7-3 on the road. Nothing wrong with cards or Miles Mikolas who is 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA in his three starts. The Mets are hitting on all cylinders and tonight their frontman is their captain and a bulldog. Lay it. |
04-25-22 | SPAL v. Brescia -0.75 | 1-1 | Loss | -124 | 9 h 9 m | Show
DMack's Italian Series B 3-Game Power Pack winner is on Brescia Six teams are separated by four points with just three games left in the Italian Series B scudetto in one of the most competitive races for promotion in years. Brecia has a a proud 111 year history in calcio and is a Serie B fixture knocking on the door of promotion. The Lioness can take a big step here versus a Spal teams that is 0-3-2 the last five weeks and just 7-14-14 on the year. Spal has just five goals in those five weeks and if Brescia can get a quick marker and avoid a backdoor tie, the Blue and White will be excellent position with two weeks left. |
04-25-22 | Ternana v. Benevento -1 | 2-1 | Loss | -104 | 9 h 0 m | Show
DMack's Italian Series B 3-Game Power Pack winner is on Benevento Six teams are separated by four points with just three games left in the Italian Series B scudetto in one of the most competitive races for promotion in years. Ternana is one of the more exciting teams in Series B. They promotion to Serie B last year by almost running the table in Serie C witheir high flying kill of be killed offense. Last week the Dragons drew 4-4 with mid-table Frosinone by the style is more dangerous against more skilled teams like Benevento. The Sorcerers played in Serie A last year and were relegated nut have climbed to with three points of the top by winning four of their last five. Benevento has the best goal differential of any team in B and have been there before. |
04-25-22 | Cremonese -0.75 v. Crotone | 1-3 | Loss | -105 | 6 h 16 m | Show
DMack's Italian Series B 3-Game Power Pack winner is on Cremonese Six teams are separated by four points with just three games left in the Italian Series B scudetto in one of the most competitive races for promotion in years. Cremona leads the Scudetto by a point thanks their propensity to win as they have in 19 games of 35 this year. Crotone by contrast has already been relegated to Serie C with just three wins (3-13-19). Cremona has no excuse to gain an armbar of advantage with a win here. |
04-24-22 | Blues -1.5 v. Ducks | 6-3 | Win | 105 | 11 h 51 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the St Louis Blues Puck Line Quick turnaround game for both teams who played last night. St Louis beat the Coyotes in OT while the Ducks surrendered two late to the Kings in a 4-2 loss. The Blues are 9-0-1 and raging on offense, scoring lots of goals. Ducks just 3-5-2 L10 and left it on the ice in rivalry game last night St Louis 5-2. |
04-24-22 | Wild -113 v. Predators | 5-4 | Win | 100 | 10 h 29 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Minnesota Wild Nashville needs point for a wildcard bid. The Preds were spanked at Tampa Bay last night and Music City is playing no defense at the wrong time giving up 17 markers the last three games. The Wild are hitting on all cylinders at 7-1-2 L10 and fine tuning an offense that has had no trouble lighting the lamp. Minnesota 4-2. |
04-24-22 | Bruins -1.5 v. Canadiens | 5-3 | Win | 100 | 10 h 40 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Bruins Puck Line The Canadiens lost their eighth straight last night, a 6-4 loss nowhere near as close as it looked. The Bruins are locked into their playoff spot but have done their best work all year on the road. Boston is 3-0 against Montreal in this regional original six rival with wins of 5-1, 5-2, and 3-2 this year. Puck line mitigates damage and get us back positive money rather than poor overall performance that costs three units. |
04-24-22 | Warriors -4 v. Nuggets | 121-126 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 28 m | Show
DMACK'S NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Golden State Warriors Denver was waxed twice in the Bay Area and even with Jokic having his first monster game of the series, the Nuggets were unable to break through. Golden State gets the broom out here and gives dinged players some rest as Game I, Round II for Warriors would be played NEXT Saturday at the earlies. Get out the broom! |
04-23-22 | Amanda Lemos v. Jessica Andrade -180 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 94 h 16 m | Show
DMACK UFC FIGHT NIGHT 205 MAIN EVENT winner is on Jessica Andrade Jessica Andrade drops to strawweight where she's a beats and without question the strongest woman in the division. She's rough and tough at any weight and with 21 UFC fights, loaded with experience. Amanda Lemos is 11-1 and riding a five-fight win streak against much much less than she faces here. Lemos is a sniper .... a striker that likes to move in and out and pick opponents apart. That won't happen here against Andrade who will walk here down and ragdoll her on the map. Andrade has fought EVERYONE who is ANYONE in the women's division of NBA. Lemos might get into the second round but no further. Andrade by stoppage. |
04-23-22 | Ducks v. Kings -1.5 | 2-4 | Win | 105 | 13 h 33 m | Show
DMACK SAT NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the LA Kings Puck Line The Ducks are toast after a horrendous 30 days from mid-March to mid-April. They're playing out the string and just 13-25 on enemy ice and have experienced some awful goaltending in the second half. This is in essence a 7th game playoff scenario for the Kings who are five points clar of VGK with the Knights having a game in hand. A King win here virtually guarantees them a playoff spot as third team in the Pacific. It's the Kings final regular season home game of the tear so expecting best effort and using puck line to mitigate -300 price to plus money. There simply won't be a better spot. |
04-23-22 | Clay Guida +100 v. Claudio Puelles | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 94 h 58 m | Show
DMACK UFC FIGHT NIGHT 205 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Clay Guida Another pick'em fight featuring a 40-year-old UFC Gangsta who steps into the Octagon for the 34yh time since 2006 and a prospect on a four fight win streak. Love the OG Clay Guida here. Perpetual motion, excellent grappling and a gas tank that never ends. Puelles has a strong mat game and some submission skills but has not faced anyone remotely close the experienced Clay Guida. "The Carpenter" wins this by unanimous decision. |
04-23-22 | Lando Vannata +105 v. Charles Jourdain | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 93 h 16 m | Show
DMACK UFC FIGHT NIGHT 205 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Lando Vannata Have liked Vannata in this one all week. Looked a bit drawn at the weigh-in and stare down but is the more complete fighter of the two. Nothing wrong with the 12-4 "Air" Jourdian but the Canadian has had an M.O. of coming up short in fights like this and isn't standing in front of a fighter that he'll be able to bully here. Vannata by decision. |
04-23-22 | Marc-Andre Barriault -160 v. Jordan Wright | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 93 h 53 m | Show
DMACK UFC FIGHT NIGHT 205 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Marc-Andre Barriault Both fighters are off knockout losses. Jordan Wright is a kill or be killed type of fighter. The "Beverly Hills Ninja" is dangerous when he lets his hands go but has no real defense against strikes or grappling. Wright is custom made for a skilled technician like Barriault who we like to win by second or third round stoppage. |
04-23-22 | Blackhawks v. Sharks -138 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 10 h 13 m | Show
DMACK SAT NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the San Jose Sharks Neither team showing much signs of life. Chicago is 2-7-1 L10 and 14-25 on the road. San Jose is not much better at 1-5-4 but has at least extended four game to OT or a shootout and to their credit are almost .500 on home ice at 17-21. Shark snipers take advantage of shaky Hawk play between the pipes to get a win. |
04-23-22 | Canadiens v. Senators -145 | 4-6 | Win | 100 | 9 h 19 m | Show
DMACK SAT NHL 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on the Ottawa Senators The Canadiens have lost seven straight and appear to be in a complete tank mode as they are just one-point ahead of Arizona for the first pick in the May 10th amateur draft. Ottawa continues to play hard after a nightmare start and always does it's best work at home. Sens make it three straight. |
04-23-22 | Philipe Lins +105 v. Marcin Prachnio | 1-0 | Win | 105 | 90 h 20 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC FIGHT NIGHT 205 EARLY RELEASE winner is on Philipe Lins Marcin Prachnio returns off a 15 month layoff and is 1-3 in his L4 with losses to Mike Rodriguez (released by UFC after three straight losses) and Sam Alvey (a UFC record eight straight losses and inexplicably still on the roster). Philipe Lins is as unlucky as it gets. His last six fights have been cancelled for one reason or another. Lins has not fought in 20 months but is 14-5 versus much better. He's 6'3, 235 and athletic with a blackbelt in BJJ. It won't take long for Lins to shake off the rust and have his way with Prachnio. Lins by stoppage. |
04-23-22 | Mavs +6.5 v. Jazz | 99-100 | Win | 100 | 6 h 15 m | Show
DMACK's SATURDAY NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Dallas Mavs Dallas has outplayed Utah the entire series in every aspect, even without Luka who certainly be given more time to get therapy on his calf tonight. Everyone has stepped up for the Mavs, especially Jalen Brunson who dropped a 41 burger on the Jazz in Game III. Expect Utah to blow it up after this series with Snyder and scapegoat and Gobert out the door. Dallas with points and a sprinkle of moneyline. |
04-22-22 | Avalanche -105 v. Oilers | 3-6 | Loss | -105 | 14 h 47 m | Show
DMACK'S FRIDAY NHL ICE PIK winner is on the Colorado Avalanche Two of the top teams in the West go at it here. Colorado 8-2 L10 but off B2B losses. Edmonton 8-1-1 L10 and close to locking up a playoff spot in the Pacific. The teams have met twice during the year with the Avs winning both but taken to a shootout and overtime. No real urgency here for either team but one would have to think that Colorado could get back on track and celebrate the President's Trophy with points here. Take Colorado. |
04-22-22 | Heat -115 v. Hawks | 110-111 | Loss | -115 | 13 h 6 m | Show
DMACK'S NBA FRIDAY PLAYOFF PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Miami Heat The Heat won the first two games of the series (in Miami) by double-digits and won the season series with the Hawks 3-1 with all three wins by 6+ points. The Hawks are tough at home but Miami was one of the league's best road teams. The Heat do have some minor dings with the most serious being a quad injury to Bam but he is expected to go and key. Jimmy Butler is playing his best ball of the year ..... Miami wins here. |
04-20-22 | Capitals +117 v. Golden Knights | 3-4 | Loss | -100 | 12 h 12 m | Show
DMACK's WEDNESDAY NIGHT NHL ICE PIK winner is on the Washington Capitals Las Vegas is in a world of hurt and at this point, a long shot at making the playoffs. The VGK is on the outside looking in by at least three points in the division and wildcard and off two horrific home ice losses, the last to the Devils. The Caps have clinched the playoffs but barely and will face the Eastern Conference gauntlet in their current position. Caps off B2B road wins including nice win over Western Conference juggernaut Colorado 48 hours ago. Looking at Cap snipers to take advantage of shaky at best VGK goaltending to get the win here. |
04-20-22 | Bulls v. Bucks -9.5 | 114-110 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 43 m | Show
DMACK'S NBA PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Milwaukee Bucks The Bulls dropped to 0-16 straight up vs. the top three seeds in each conference of the NBA playoffs with their Game One loss to the Bucks. The Bulls had a good shooting night to stay under the number, not the scenario that we see here against a more focused Milwaukee team. Looking at a game flow similar to Wolves/Grizz Game Two where the result was much closer to current form. Bucks by 20. |
04-19-22 | Pelicans v. Suns -9.5 | 125-114 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 45 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NBA PLAYOFF SUPER PLAY winner is on the Phoenix Suns The Suns led Game One by 19 at the half and appeared to have the game in hand before getting ambushed by the Pelicans in the third quarter. Chris Paul came in and put out the fire but attribute the vapor lock to inactivity for a week. Phoenix is back to business here and we can expect an effort for all 48 minutes of this game. Lights out, Phoenix by 20+. |
04-19-22 | Angels v. Astros -147 | 7-2 | Loss | -147 | 8 h 50 m | Show
DMACK'S MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Houston Astros Sandoval was ok in his first start but has poor history against Houston, rocking an 0-3 9.77 ledgers against the Astros. Framber Valdez has been lights out in two starts allowing one run in 9 2/3 innings and is 7-3 is 12 appearance (8 starts) LT vs. the Angels. Money here. |
04-19-22 | Bruins v. Blues -122 | 3-2 | Loss | -122 | 10 h 44 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NIGHT NHL ICE PIK winner is on the St Louis Blues The Blues have won nine straight and spanking the NHL elite like they stole St Louis' lunch. Every part of the Blues team is hitting on all cylinders .... offense, defense, and special teams. St Louis is 26-9-4 on home ice this year and to get them at 20 cents vs. anyone is just good business. |
04-18-22 | Nuggets v. Warriors -7 | 106-126 | Win | 100 | 11 h 59 m | Show
DMACK's NUGGET/WARRIORS NBA BAIL OUT winner is on the Golden State Warriors Golden State handled Denver much easier than the 123-107 final score indicated and with Steph back and all the Golden State young guns producing, there's not much that the undermanned Nuggets can do about it. Jokic can't do it by himself and it looks very much like a quick exit for Denver. |
04-18-22 | Phillies v. Rockies +150 | 1-4 | Win | 150 | 10 h 53 m | Show
DMACK'S MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Colorado Rockies Very live dog with Colorado here. Aaron Nola is 1-1 with a 6.75 ERA in his first two starts and has been hot hard. Chad Kuhl gave up a run in four inning in first start and should stretch it out some. He's 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA in five appearances against the Phils, three starts. Phils 1-5 L6, 1-3 on the road while Rockies off to 6-3 start. Take the homestanding dog. |
04-18-22 | Benevento -0.75 v. Pordenone | 4-1 | Win | 100 | 31 h 9 m | Show
DMACK'S SERIES B ITALIA 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on Benevento Benevento was barely relegated from Serie A last and was in the hunt for the Serie B scudetto until key midweek loss to bottom feeder midweek in a makeup game. Pordenone is last in Series B winning three times in 34 games with a -36 goal differential. Benevento roles here. |
04-18-22 | Perugia -0.25 v. L R Vicenza | 2-1 | Win | 104 | 3 h 34 m | Show
DMACK'S SERIES B ITALIA 3-GAME POWER PACK winner is on Perugia Perugia started the year great but has faltered the second half. The Umbrians haven't won since March 12th but that said, they don't lose and on a six draw and a loss run. Vicenza is staring down the barrel of relegation and has second worst goal differential in Series B. This is the perfect team for Perugia to get healthy against. |
04-18-22 | Cosenza v. Cremonese -1.25 | 1-3 | Win | 105 | 3 h 30 m | Show

They get soft touch here while rival Monza plays two of top eight next with four games left in the schedule. Cremo laser focused to get three points here with a win. |
04-17-22 | Bulls v. Bucks -10 | 86-93 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 44 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY NBA PLYOFF SUPER PLAY winner is on the Milwaukee Bucks A season that started so positively for the Chicago Bulls has come undone due to injuries, especially since the All-Star Break. The Bulls record against top teams is well documented including an 0-15 record straight up record against the top three teams in both conferences. The Bucks have basically sleepwalked through 82 game but have shown signs of flipping the switch and making a strong defense of last year's championship. Milwaukee makes a statement here with a blowout win. |
04-17-22 | Sharks v. Wild -1.5 | 4-5 | Loss | -100 | 16 h 20 m | Show
DMACK'S SUNDAY NHL ICE PIK winner is the Minnesota Wild on the Puck Line Both teams played and lost last night and then traveled so not an ideal spot for either. San Jose has lost nine straight but to their credit, appear to still be playing hard down the stretch. The Wild lost their key showdown with the Blues last night despite storming back late with a four goal third quarter. Prior, Minnesota had been 7-1-2 and playing some of their best hockey of the year. Urgency will be with the homestanding Wild who are 26-7-2 at the Xcel Energy Center where they play six of their final eight games. This is fifth straight road game for San Jose and third game in four nights. Minnesota should get a big two points here and in a big way. |

Both fighters have been very successful since but the fundamentals are still the same with Luque having more ways to win, especially as a striker. Different year, same result. |

DMACK'S UFC 51 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Martin Buday Buday is a huge 6'5" 265 giant who is 9-1 and coming in off a win in the Contender series. Chris Barnett is a 5'10" 250 journeyman who is 1-1 in the UFC who was quickly choked out in his only fight against a heavy of this caliber (Ben Rothwell). Buday lays the groundwork in round one and finishes in round two. |
04-16-22 | Trey Ogden v. Jordan Leavitt +130 | 0-1 | Win | 130 | 14 h 36 m | Show
DMACK'S UFC 51 3-FIGHT POWER PACK winner is on Jordan Leavitt Striker (Ogden) vs. Grappler (Leavitt) here. Ogden makes UFC debut and while he has 19 fights, they were mostly against much lesser than he faces here. Leavitt is 2-1 against better and can potentially get ranked with a win here. Leavitt has a strong submission game and will show it off here as nice dog. |
04-16-22 | Wolves v. Grizzlies UNDER 237 | 130-117 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 2 m | Show
DMACK's WOLVES/GRIZZ GAME ONE SUPER PLAY is on the UNDER The Wolves were luck to get by the Clippers in their play-in game, trailing throughout before Anthony Edwards put the team on his back. Karl-Anthony Townes has done nothing in his few opportunities in the playoffs and will have to show us here. Wolves are near last on the boards so will be one and done while Grizz give up nothing on their defensive glass. See this game closer to 220 than 240. |
04-16-22 | Wild v. Blues -110 | 5-6 | Win | 100 | 11 h 53 m | Show
DMACK'S SATURDAY NHL ICE PIK winner is on the St Louis Blues Both teams tied with 98 points, well back of Colorado in the Central but still a huge seeding game for bot teams. Both teams playing great, the Wild 7-1-2 L10, the Blues 9-0-1 and winners of seven straight. The Blues win here! St Louis a nasty 25-9-4 at the Enterprise Center while the Wild are a tic above .500 (20-14-4) on enemy ice. The Blues have been mauling people as 24-9 aggregate in last five wins would suggest. |
04-15-22 | Braves v. Padres -110 | 5-2 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 9 m | Show
DMACK'S FRIDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the San Diego Padres Wright was very good in his first start (at home) but has had a history of getting hammered pitching on the road, 2-5 with a 6.69 ERA in eight starts to be exact. The Padres send out top prospect MacKenzie Gore to make his his MLB debut. Braves have lost four of five while the Padres are 5-2 L7 and starting to role. Take the homestanding Friars. |
04-15-22 | Islanders -140 v. Canadiens | 3-0 | Win | 100 | 10 h 42 m | Show
DMACK'S NHL PLAY OF THE DAY is on the NY Islanders The Islanders can still make the playoffs but just mathematically at best. They haven't quit having gone 6-4 last L10 they've had to make up a lot games in the second half an may be wearing down. Not best of spots here having played last night in Pittsburgh with travel to Montreal in second of back-to-backs but the Habs have quit, losing three straight, the last two on home ice by a 9-3 aggregate to Winnipeg and Columbus. Visitors roll. |

04-14-22 | Angels -140 v. Rangers | 5-10 | Loss | -140 | 9 h 3 m | Show
DMACK's THURSDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on the Angels (Ohtani) Not much to go on in the first two weeks but we know that Ohtani is 3-0 (2.86) against the Rangers. The Rangers spent a lot of money in the off season but are off to a 1-4 start. Dunning is 1-2 with a 7.71 ERA in three games against the Angels and gave up three runs in five innings in his 2022 opener. Gotta give the Angels the nod here. |

04-14-22 | Capitals v. Maple Leafs -150 | 3-7 | Win | 100 | 8 h 19 m | Show
DMACK'S THURSDAY NIGHT NHL ICE PIK winner is on the Toronto Maple Leafs Both teams are playing great and both teams are jockeying for playoff position in the ultra-competitive East. The Caps have won four straight but are just 6-4 L10 and have dug out of a big hole to get where they are now. Toronto will be a bit salty here after being dumped at Buffalo but that was with backup goalie and just their second loss in regulation in 10 (7-2-1) games. Jack Campbell (27-9-5) returns between the pipes and the high powered Toronto offense should return off hiccup with a big night against the Caps. |

04-13-22 | Mariners v. White Sox UNDER 9 | 4-6 | Loss | -110 | 11 h 59 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDNESDAY MLB PLAY OF THE DAY winner is on Seattle/WSox Under Not much to go on for the first 10-14 days until the teams go through the rotations a couple of time and the starting pitching is set. Ray went a full seven innings giving up just one run in his first start out of the box. Keuchel is not much but for some reason owned the Mariners last year going 2-0 with a 1.29 ERA in three starts. Runs could be tough to come by here and the generous total looks like the correct side. |

04-13-22 | Hornets v. Hawks -5.5 | 103-132 | Win | 100 | 10 h 54 m | Show
DMACK'S WEDS NBA PLAY-IN SUPER PLA winner is on the Atlanta Hawks The teams split four games this year with three being decided by double-digits. This is a win or go home but if this match up plays to form, the spread does not come into play. Both teams went 43-29 this year but the Hawks were the more home court dependent at 27-14 as opposed to the Hornets splits of 23-19 at home and 21-20 on the road. The Hornets lost at Atlanta by 10 and 23 this year so adding in the Hawks two series of playoff experience last year, we'll lot for Hotlanta to move on with a 10 point win at the Philips Center. |

04-12-22 | Golden Knights -123 v. Canucks | 4-5 | Loss | -123 | 36 h 44 m | Show
DMACK'S TUESDAY NIGHT NHL ICE PIK winner is on the Vegas Golden Knights Both teams are struggling to get into the playoffs. VGK has won four of five to get four clear of the Canucks in the Pacific with nine to play but Vancouver has little margin for error, especially here. The teams played a recent home-and-home last week with each winning on the others home ice. The Vancouver 5-1 win was in Robin Lehner's return between the pipes in a rare game where he got very little help defensively. The Knights are getting healthy at just that right time with even captain Mark Stone now skating with the team. Neither team has an excuse here but has been a spot where VGK has thrived over their brief five year history. VGK finds a way. |

04-12-22 | Clippers +3.5 v. Wolves | 104-109 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 34 m | Show
DMack's Tuesday NBA Play-In Super Play winner is on the Clippers Here's how the Play-In works. The winner of this game is in the playoffs. The loser will play the winner of the New Orleans and San Antonio game for the second playoff spot. The Clippers ended their season on a five-game win streak with wins against the Bucks and the Suns. The Wolves coasted towards the end knowing that they would qualify but remember that this team has not been in the playoffs in forever. In their final regular season game, everyone played except Karl-Anthony Towns and Minnesota was down 30 at the half. Prefer the more experienced Clippers here to move on with a straight up 5-8 point win. |
