My money is on the OVER 223 in tonight's NBA matchup between the Heat and Hawks. Miami in years past has been known for their defense, but all 3 of their games this season have seen at least 121 points and that's with them not allowing a single opponent to shoot better than 44%. I also think defense won't be as big a focus for either team knowing that these two will turn around and play each other on Thursday. OVER is 25-14 in the Hawks last 39 as a dog of 3.5 to 9.5 points. 20* PELICANS/RAPTORS NBA WISEGUY TOP PLAY on Pelicans vs Raptors over 231 -110

My money is on the Raptors and Pelicans to go OVER the total of 231 in Tuesday's season opener. I got a good feeling this New Orleans team is going to be involved in a lot of high-scoring games with the talent they got offensively, the pace of play they will be playing at and the lack of effort on the defensive end. No Zion will slow them down some, but not enough. Raptors are also a sneaky good offensive team and will get plenty of easy looks at home against this Pelicans defense. Both teams ranked Top 5 pace of play in preseason and NBA scoring just keeps going up with how teams shoot the 3. BET THE OVER 231!

My money is on the OVER 214 in Wednesday's NBA action that has the Raptors hosting the Cavaliers. I don't see Toronto missing a beat offensively. As good as DeRozan was, they upgraded with Kawhi Leonard. They also added some 3-point shooting with Danny Green. The Raptors should have their way offensively with what figures to be a horrible Cavs defense. Key here is Cleveland isn't going to try and ugly up the game and slow the pace down. In fact, they are going to do the exact opposite. Tyronn Lue has made it clear, Cleveland is going to play up-tempo and that's going to lead to a lot of high-scoring games. Bet the OVER 214! 

20* 76ERS/CELTICS NBA SHARP TOP PLAY on 76ers vs Celtics over 209 -110

My money is on the OVER in Tuesday's season opener that has the Celtics hosting the 76ers. These are two teams that figure to be strong defensive teams, but defense isn't exactly a priority in October. I think both teams will be more interested in pushing the pace and getting into a flow offensively and there's plenty of star-power and depth on both sides to easily eclipse this total.
