Taking AKRON. Last game of the year for the Zips. No Bowls. This is it. Their OT loss sealed the deal for them. Now. You would think - why are we betting these guys. Its over. Nothing to play for. Bowling Green final home game. Should be a home team spot. Well - HC Eddie George no working on his 4th QB of the season. The offense has struggled in their last 2 home games scoring 6 and 3 points. 4 straight losses. 4 QBs. Tough sledding for sure. When the offense is ranked 130th in the country, points will be tough to come by - as we see by their 18.5ppg good for 125th in the land. Akron by no means a juggernaut squad. But the offense is good enough to put up 35-44-24-28-28 points in 6 of their last 7 MAC games. Falcons defense allowing 27-28-24-27-23-35 in their last 6 MAC games. Something has to give here.
