Nuggets (+) over Spurs - San Antonio has won 16 of 17 games straight up and since the New Year they are 24-8 as Wembanyama has picked up the pace. But. Wemby may be sitting this one out as he developed a gimpy ankle after the Spurs last outing. Denver’s current starting line up is 9-2 in their last 11 games playing together. Take DENVER!

Milwaukee at Miami 7:30 ET

Bucks (+) oer Heat - Sometimes in basketball as well as other sports one team just seems to have another teams ‘number’ and continually beat them no matter who’s on the floor or in the game for either side. Well, we sort of have that situation here in Miami tonight. Milwaukee has won five of six meetings including a 128-117 win two weeks ago in the ‘Brew City’ while going 6-0 ATS. The Heat crushed Washington with Bam Adebayo scoring 83 points (second only to ‘Wilt’) in a contest that was a alrk for the Heat. Things won’t be so hot for them tonight. Take MILWAUKEE!

Minnesota at LA Clippers 10:30 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Clippers - On the heels of a five game winning streak Minnesota has now lost their last two games including last nights loss to the Lakers.

The Clippers have won five of their last six games and are 6-1 ATS in their past seven games placing them in the final spot for the first round bye. Clippers are not having any trouble adjusting to play without James Harden as sometimes ‘less is more.’ Still, Wolves rebound from a pair of losses. Take MINNESOTA!

Cleveland at Orlando 7:30 ET

Magic (+) over Cavaliers - In January Cleveland and Orlando played a pair of back-to-back games in which the Cavaliers won and covered both contests. As a matter of fact Cleveland has won five of the last six meetings and went 5-1 ATS in those six  games. James Harden has been added to the Cav’s lineup but, that is one of those “be careful what you wish for” type of thing, as he has shown that he does not play well when it counts most. Take ORLANDO.

Minnesota at LA Lakers 10:00 ET

Lakers (+) over Timberwolves - These two met twice in October and the Lakers took both games winning at both sites covering both match ups. One game separates these two in the standings and both will easily make the playoffs as Los Angeles is hoping for a healthy LeBron James whose minutes have been cut short Still, tonight it is the LAKERS!

Bucks over Suns - This is the first meeting of the season between these two with Phoenix having won their last two games and Milwaukee is off of a loss to Charlotte which was their fifth loss in the last six games. The Bucks will mostly have three of their walking injured ready to play tonight as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kyle Kuzma and Kevin Porter Jr. should get plenty of playing time. Take MILWAUKEE!

Toronto at Houston 8:00 ET

Raptors (+) over Rockets - This is just the second meeting of the season between these two clubs with Houston taking the first meeting, blowing out the Raptors 139-121 in Toronto back in October. The Rockets have lost four of their last five including a blowout loss at San Antonio while Toronto posted a confidence building win over Dallas. Take TORONTO!

Memphis at Brooklyn 7:30 ET

Nets (+) over Grizzlies - Brooklyn posted an unlikely upset at Detroit Saturday night and ended a 10-game losing streak when they came back from a 23-point deficit with 8:18 left in the third period. In the lone meeting between these two this season took place eight weeks ago when Memphis scored the final 13 points in a 103-98 win. The Grizzlies have dropped their last three games and are 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall. Ja Morant is pulling shit again and the Griz are not in sync because of his distractions. Take BROOKLYN!

Houston at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Rockets (+) over Spurs - I hate this one because I love Wemby and he has turned up his play since the All-star break leading San Antonio. I believe that San Antonio has a good shot of taking the West and gaining the Number 1 seed. That could be huge and the Spurs are playing for it! Houston is looking to have something to say about it all and are 7-3 SU in the past 10 meetings although the Spurs have taken 2-of-3 this season. Look for the Rockets to even the season series tonight. Take HOUSTON!

New York at LA Lakers 3:30 ET

Lakers (+) over Knicks - On February 1st the Knicks were is a terrible way losing seven of nine and the LA Lakers were coming to Madison Square Garden and as an inflated six-point favorite and run out on Los Angeles winning 113-100. The Lakers had won the previous three meetings and New York is 0-5 on the road against home teams with winning records over 60%. A note is that the Lakers are 8-0 UNDER in their last eight games on Sundays. Take LA LAKERS!

Utah at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks (-) over Jazz - Now, there is something that just doesn’t seem right with the line between these two bottom feeders. Milwaukee enters this battle on a four-game losing streak while Utah defeated lowly Washington last time out but had lost the eight previous encounters. This is the second meeting of the season between these two with the Bucks winning 125-100 at Utah a month ago. The Bucks have lost all of their previous four games by at least 18 points and now favored by double-digit…it don’t make sense. Take MILWAUKEE!

Pelicans (+) over Suns - New Orleans has been a disappointment once again this season as injuries had a large part in their struggles. Currently with a healthy Zion Williamson  the Pelicans have won five of their last seven including a 133-123 win over Sacramento yesterday. Phoenix has dropped seven of their last 11 games and  are 1-6  ATS in their past seven games while the Pelicans are 9-1 ATS after scoring 125 points or more. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Lakers (+) over Nuggets - Los Angeles enters Denver on a  a 3-game win streak into their second meeting of the season. The Lakers took the first encounter 115-107 and stand as the sixth seed in the west a game and a half behind the Nuggets. The ‘Mile Highers’ have been treading water and have split wins and losses over their last 10 games. LA making a move up the ladder. Take LAKERS!

Detroit at San Antonio 8:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Spurs - This will be the second meeting of the season between these two with San Antonio (+1.5) taking the first encounter 114-103 a week ago Monday in Detroit. The Spurs who have won 12-of-13 bounced back from a 25-point loss at New York with a 40-point win at Philadelphia while the Pistons had a 3-game winning streak stopped at Cleveland. The Motor City boys are 7-0 ATS on the road in their past seven games against team with winning records. Take DETROIT!

Trailblazers (-) over Grizzlies - Wow, the first price that I saw on this game had Portland just short of a double-digit favorite and they are under .500 on the road. That price really just shows how bad Memphis really is and they will stay that way as long as they have malcontent Ja Morant on the roster. Portland took the first two meetings a pair of game played back-to-back night in Memphis four weeks ago. When a team of the Blazers ability level can romp over a weak sister like the Grizzlies they take advantage. Take PORTLAND!

Charlotte at Boston 7:30 ET

Hornets (+) over Celtics - These are a pair of clubs that do a lot of winning against the point spread with Charlotte leading the way going an amazing 40-22 ATS while Boston is 36-24 ATS. Both squads are also winning straight up with the Hornets having won their last five games and 15 of 18 to finally get to .500 on the season. This is the first meeting of the season and the Celtics have won the past six meetings and 9-of-10. Boston leads the NBA in fewest points allowed surrendering just 102 ppg, but the Hornets are playing their best ball right now. Take CHARLOTTE!

New York at Toronto 8:00 ET

Raptors (+) over Knicks - The Knicks have had a strangle hold in the series between these two winning all three meeting this season and 11 straight wins as it has been over three years since the Raptors posted a win over New York. Eleven is the number of the day as the Knicks are off of a huge win over San Antonio ending their 11-game win streak. After dropping a pair of games the Raptors received a confidence booster in a win over Washington. Take TORONTO!

Boston at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks (+) over Celtics - This is the third meeting of the season between these two with each team winning and covering at home. Boston enters this contest off of a pair of wins and six wins in their last seven games. Milwaukee has dropped their past two game losing by 29 and 23 points to New York and Chicago which ended its 11 game losing streak. The Bucks had won five of their previous six games and are three game behind the 10th and final playoff spot.  Take MILWAUKEE!

Timberwolves (+) over Nuggets - Denver has defeated Minnesota three times already this season and covered all three. Those wins this season broke a six-game losing streak for the Nuggets to the Timberwolves. Denver has struggled of late and are 4-6 SU in the last ten games overall. The T’wolves have won their last two games and five of their past six. Take MINNESOTA!

Houston at Miami 3:30 ET

Heat (+) over Rockets - It is kinda hard to believe that this is the first meeting of the year between these two with Houston winning the last meeting back in March of 2025. That win broke a nine game strangle hold that Miami had over the Rockets winning the previous nine meetings. Note that the Rockets are 4-12 ATS playing on one day’s rest. Take MIAMI!

Denver at Oklahoma City 8:30 ET

Nuggets ( ) Thunder - Oklahoma City the defending champions had cooled off after a huge start to the season winning their first 15 games. But, the Thunder have struggled of late (for them at least) winning just five of their last nine, In the lone meeting between these two the home Thunder captured a 121-111 win as a favorite of -7. Even though they are struggling right now the line for this game is greater than their previous win. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!

New York at Milwaukee 8:00ET

Knicks (-) over Bucks - The New York Knicks were second in the East last season and many had them as the conference favorite coming into the 2015-26 year. But, the Knicks fired their coach and brought in Mike Brown as head coach and the decline of the team (although still one of the better teams in the East) is evident. Those teams under Tibs played defense first and this season they have not gotten better. These two have split a pair of early season games with the home team holding serve with wins. The Knicks have failed to cover in the last four outings and come up big tonight. Take NEW YORK!

Suns (+) over Lakers - Both of these clubs have dropped their last two games and Phoenix has won two of the three meetings this season all of which took place in December. The Suns are off of their two lowest scoring games of the season scoring just 77 and 81 points in defeats by Portland and Boston. The Suns have lost seven of their last 10 games overall but, if there is one team that they gear up for it is the Lakers. Take PHOENIX!

Houston at Orlando 7:30 ET

Magic (+) over Rockets - Houston has won the past four meetings including a 117-113 OT home win back in mid-November in which the Magic +7.5 covered the number. Orlando sits in the 7th spot a half-game behind the 76ers and are ahead of Miami by one game. Orlando is 17-9 SU at home and are 4-0 ATS against a team with a winning record is their last five. Rockets off of wins over lowly Utah and Sacramento and will find the Magic a little tougher. Take ORLANDO!

The Heat are currently seeded No. 8 while the 76ers with one more win are seeded No. 6 as of right now. Take MIAMI!

Pistons (-) over Thunder - Two NBA powerhouses and possible finals participants meet for the first time this season. Oklahoma City has won the past two meetings and 4-of-5 and are off of a win last night over Toronto while Detroit was defeated by San Antonio. Golden State is in bad shape physically as four starters are sidelined including the best outside shooter the NBA has ever seen in Stephen Curry. Nets (+) over Mavericks - Both of these clubs have had their problems as injuries to the Mavericks have derailed their season while Brooklyn whose talent level is so low they never were considered a playoff threat. Dallas has won both meeting thus far this season and eight of nine match-ups. This is the Mavericks sixth straight road game and have not won a home game since February 5th. Dallas just broke a 10-game losing streak with a win over lowly Indiana, but with Anthony Davis gone and Cooper Flagg injured the Mavs fall here. Take BROOKLYN!

Utah at Houston 8:30 ET

Rockets (-) over Jazz - Houston who was expected to contend for the conference title is clinging to the eighth playoff spot and have not delivered the quality play needed. The Rockets were put behind the eight ball when their point guard Fred Van Fleet went down for the year before the regular season began. Last time out Utah committed 23 turnovers in their loss to Memphis and they were without their two top scorers Markkensan and George keeping over 50 points per game off the court. Take HOUSTON!

Cleveland at Oklahoma City 1:10 ET

Cavaliers (-) over Thunder - There is something going on here that is difficult to digest. The defending NBA Champion Oklahoma City Thunder who are favored to repeat, are an underdog at home. They are off a 19-point win their 3rd in four games and they defeated the Cavaliers in Cleveland 136-105 as a six-point favorite in their only meeting this year. They are now playing the same Cavaliers team at home ,you would expect the Thunder to be even stronger favorite as they met only four weeks ago. The Cavs have won seven straight and 12 of 13 and are undefeated since getting James Harden. Take CLEVELAND!   

Houston at New York 8:30 ET

Rockets (+) over Knicks - I have been holding back in deciding if New York did the right thing when they fired Tom Thibodeau and hired of Mike Brown. Last season New York was on the cusp of becoming one of the elite squads until injuries jettisoned him out and Mike Brown in. But, I have no doubt after viewing what I have seen so far this year they are not as well coached as they were under Mr. Tibs. Take HOUSTON!

Denver at Portland 10:30 ET

Trail Blazers (+) over Nuggets - This is the second meeting of the season between these two with Portland winning the first encounter 109-107 outright as a 5.5-point underdog. Denver had won seven of eight meeting before the Trailblazers posted wins in the last two meetings. Nuggets surrendered 70 2nd half points last night showing that defense is their weakness. Take PORTLAND!

Miami at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Heat (-) over Hawks - Miami is back on the hardwood after an 11 day break in Atlanta a club which they have split two games this season each winning on the other home court. Atlanta ended a four game losing streak in the series with a win on February 3 over the Heat. Having used the Hawks yesterday as a Money Game winner over Philadelphia I have not problem playing against them on the second of back-to-back contests. Tyler Hero has been cleared to play having missed 45 games this season and his presence greatly enhances the Heat chances. Take MIAMI!

Clippers (+) over Nuggets - Denver has won and covered the past three meetings including two wins this season in November and late January. With two full months    left in the regular season the Clippers are holding on to the tenth and final playoff spot. The Nuggets are third in the West but headed into the break losing four of six. Here’s hoping Kawhi Leonard stays hot after his all-star performance (31 points in 12 minutes). Take LA CLIPPERS!

Detroit at New York 7:30 ET

Knicks (-) over Pistons - Detroit enter basketball’s mecca with the best record in the East and have let New York know who is the boss by defeating the Knicks twice already this season and neither of the games were even close. The Pistons had all cylinders working defeating the Knicks 121-90 in January and 118-80 in February. With both of those meetings were in the Motor City and the Knicks will look to extract some measure of revenge with win at BSG!

Thunder (-) over Suns - OKC started the season like the NBA Chamoions they are winning their first 13 games without a loss and many expected them to threaten the all-time single season win total. Well, the Thunder have incurred a number of injuries and it affected their team chemistry leading to 13 losses already. Phoenix won the last meeting 108-105 at home the first week of January and that broke an eight game losing streak to OKC in which the Suns covered just once in the last nine meetings. Philadelphia at Portland 10:00 ET

Trailblazers (+) over 76ers -Philadelphia is one of the elast respected team in the NBA that the book makers have yet to catch up with as they are 17-6-1 ATS on the road and 29-21-1 ATS overall which is the best in the NBA. Portland has also been unvalued but not to the extent of the 76ers. The Blazers are a respectable 17-11 ATS as hosts and these will meet for the first time this season and they split last year each winning on the other clubs home court. Cavaliers (+) over Nuggets - These two clubs met on January 2 in Cleveland with the Cavaliers failing to cover a huge 14-point spread. Denver was without their big man at that time and managed to cover the number. This time the Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic will be playing and the results will differ slightly. This time around the Cavaliers will not only cover but win the game. Take CLEVELAND!

Golden State at LA Lakers 8:30 ET

Warriors (+) over Lakers - With Los Angeles being who the are and Golden State in the situation of being who they are has me thinking that this line is very shallow. Golden State won the sole meeting between these two in October but little has changed for either of these clubs although LeBron James did not play in that encounter. Some say the Lakers have better chemistry without the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. Take GOLDEN STATE!

Bulls (+) over Nuggets - Three seems to be the prevailing number as both clubs enter this battle with 3-game losing streaks and for Chicago it also runs six of seven defeats. The Bulls have a whole new look after the trading deadline sending eight player away as their version of ‘Eight Men Out’. Bulls coach Billy Donovan is playing a more open style with his new editions. Charlotte at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Hawks (+) over Hornets - Charlotte comes into Atlanta as the hottest team in the NBA having won their last eight games going 6-2 ATS over that span. The Hawks after making their trade deadline moves have won heir last two games and six-of-eight. This is the third meeting of the season with each winning on their home court with the Hornets getting the cash (2-0 ATS) in each meeting. The Hawks had won five in-a-row against the Hornets before their last meeting. Take ATLANTA!

LA Clippers at Sacramento 10:00 ET

Kings (+) over Clippers - Trade deadline moves has changed the face of these NBA clubs but how long before the newbies can fit in. Sacramento is looking to break out of a 10-game losing streak while Los Angeles has dropped their last two and 3-of-4. The Mavericks have lost their past five games and if there is to be any thing that can arouse their intensity it is playing against this Texas rival. The Spurs have won the last two meetings including a 125-92 blowout win in October. The Mavericks had won the previous seven meetings gong 6-1 ATS. Second of back-to-back games for San Antonio and having won over Houston last night as a Money Game winner, I have no problems coming against them tonight wit the possibility that ‘Wemby’ might not be playing. Clippers (+) over Cavaliers - This is the second meeting of the season between these two with Cleveland taking the first encounter 120-106 as a 7.5-point home favorite. The Cavaliers have won six of the last seven games with their lone defeat came at Phoenix last Friday while the Clippers posted a win Monday over the Suns in Arizona. Turn-about is fair play…take LA CLIPPERS!

Oklahoma City at San Antonio 9:30 ET

Spurs (+) over Thunder - This will be the fifth meeting of the year between these two with San Antonio posting three wins before the New Year and the Thunder winning their meeting in January. Oklahoma City started the season as if they were to set the single season NBA record of total wins. However. with time and injuries they have come back to reality and have lost four of their past seven games. The Spurs Wembanyama is developing quickly and will be the difference. Take SAN ANTONIO!

Pelicans (-) over Bucks - This will be the third straight away game for New Orleans and they are a lowly 5-20 SU on the road but a more respectable 13-12 ATS while visiting. With that kind of record they have no business being favored in this spot. Milwaukee has been a ship without a rudder or direction especially with the status of the ‘Greek Freak’ always a concern and the Bucks have covered just nine of 22 home games. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Trailblazers (+) over Suns - This will be the second meeting of the season with the first one taking place in mid-November at Portland with the Suns posting a 127-110 win as a small underdog. Although Phoenix has won seven of the past 10 meetings but the Blazers collected cash in six straight before their early season meeting, but,they enter this encounter having lost five in-a-row. Pelicans (+) over Hornets - New Orleans is an example of the point spread being the equalizer. Trailblazers (+) over Cavaliers - Portland returns home after a 3-game road trip with four straight losses while Cleveland had their 5-game win streak stopped at Phoenix on Friday 126-113. These two clubs have split their last four meetings with Portland taking their only meeting this season as a 10-point underdog in Cleveland 122-110. This is the second of five straight road games for the Cavaliers and the first of five straight home games for the Blazers. Take PORTLAND!

Timberwolves (-) over Mavericks - These two clubs met in mid-November in Minnesota with the home team winning and covering a 14-point spread 120-96. The patterns of these two squads are polar opposites with the T’wolves ending a five game slide with a win on Monday over Golden State. Meanwhile, Dallas just had a four game winning streak end Saturday with a home loss to the Lakers. Mavericks still an injured group. Take MINNESOTA!

Grizzlies (+) over Hornets - This is the first meeting of the season between these two mid-land squads with Memphis having dominated he series winning seven of the past 10 meetings. Charlotte enters off of three straight wins while the Grizzlies have lost their last three games and six of the past eight games. Magic (+) over Heat - This will be the fourth meeting of the season between these two Florida squads and surprisingly enough Orlando has won all three match-ups. All three of these contests were played before the New Year although Miami has covered four of the past five meetings. As of now, the Magic have dropped four straight games including back-to-back losses to Cleveland. Recent travel experiences have the Heat a bit weary and the fall against to the Magic. Take ORLANDO!

Nuggets (+) over Pistons - Denver returns to the Mile High City with two road wins under their belts defeating Milwaukee and Washington. Detroit has won 5-of-6 and are off of a 139-116 rout of the King at Sacramento Sunday. Believe it or not the Nuggets have won the last five meetings and 9-of-10 covering the last three. Take DENVER!

Milwaukee at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (-) over Bucks - Both of these clubs are coming off of a pair of losses with the 76ers getting routed Monday afternoon in Charlotte getting beat by 37 points 130-97. Philadelphia played that encounter yesterday without Joel Embiid who was resting his sore knees but will be ready today. The Bucks are in disarray with the future and present status of the ‘Greek Freak’ up in the air and the the Bucks have a total lack of chemistry. Take PHILADELPHIA

Knicks (-) over Kings - New York just snapped out of the doldrums with a pair of wins after four straight losses but Sacramento is still in the doldrums have lost their last five with their only cover as a 13-point underdog losing by 10 to Cleveland. Sacramento took down the Knicks 13 days ago in California and now they will pay the price in New York as they are 3-19 on the road. Take NEW YORK!

Golden State at Minnesota 9:30 ET

Timberwolves (-) over Warriors - Golden State’s win over the Timberwolves the first time in six tries as Minnesota had won the previous five meetings. The Wolves enter this battle having lost their last five games including a 26-point 111-85 defeat yesterday. I expect the Timberwolves to atone for their poor effort and get the best of the Warriors tonight. Take MINNESOTA!

Orlando at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Magic (-) over Cavaliers - Cleveland has won their last three games including a 119-105 win over the Hornets on Saturday while Charlotte has lost their last three. The Cavaliers have been disappoint at home and have won just seven of their last 15 home games. Look for the Hornets to rebound from their Saturday loss to the Cavaliers. Take ORLANDO!

Miami at Phoenix 8:00 ET

Heat (+) over Suns - These two clubs met two weeks ago in Miami and the Heat took care of business winning 127-121 at a 1.5-point favorite. The Heat have alternated wins and losses their last seven games and are off of a huge blowout win over Utah. Phoenix dropped their last game out at Atlanta (Megabucks winner) and return home after a six game road trip. Too many things to get caught up with when returning home after an extended road trip. Toronto at Portland 10:10 ET

Raptors (-) over Trailblazers - This is the second meeting of the season between these two with Toronto (-5) winning a non-cover at home 121-118. Portland has covered 4-of-5 meetings but enter this contest and underdog although they are on a 4-game winning streak. The Blazers have won 11-of-14 and come up an underdog at home…take TORONTO!

Denver at Milwaukee 7:30 ET

Bucks (-) over Nuggets - This is the second meeting of the season between these two with Denver taking a 108-104 non-cover home win. In the past seen meetings the home team has won going back to January 2022 with them going 3-3-1 ATS. With this game I Milwaukee I expect the Bucks to rebound from their home loss to Oklahoma City. The ‘Greek Freak’ called out his teammates after their last defeat…let’s see if it works. Take MILWAUKEE!

Phoenix at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Hawks (+) over Suns - While the Suns are hot having won their last three games entering this fray in Atlanta the Hawks broke a 4-game losing streak with a 124-122 win at Memphis two days ago. There is an oddity here as Atlanta who has not been all that good in recent years holds a 6-2 game advantage over the Suns in the past eight meetings also going 6-2 ATS. Hawks still looking for the right rotation with Trae Young gone. Take ATLANTA!

Houston at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (+) over Rockets - This is the first meeting of the season between these two clubs that saw Houston win both games last year but they went 1-1 ATS. The Rockets have won three in-a-row and 4-of-5 but are 2-8 ATS in their past 10 games. Philadelphia has dropped 3-of-4 with Joel Embiid resting last time out. he will be ready today…take PHILADELPHIA!

Oklahoma City at Milwaukee 9:30 ET

Bucks (+) over Thunder - When the Thunder started as hot as they did the Las Vegas win total at sports books got as high as 75 wins for the season that has 82 regular season games. OKC has cooled off since then and their ATS record has flattened out at 22-22. The Thunder won 2-of-3 meetings last season with the Bucks having won seven of the previous eight meetings. Take MILWAUKEE!

Atlanta at Memphis 8:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Grizzlies - Seems strange to me that two clubs that in general proximity to each other will be meeting for the first time this season. Last year they split two meetings winning on each others court. Without Trae Young Atlanta has dropped their last four while Memphis has lost 7-of-9 before defeating Orlando last time out on Sunday. Ja Morant is back in action but I don’t know if that helps the Grizz. Take ATLANTA!

Cleveland at Charlotte 7:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Cavaliers - These two met twice before the New Year spitting the games which were both in Cleveland. Overall the Cavaliers have won five of the past six meetings but have been a club that has burned their backers cash. The Cavs are are 14-30 ATS the worst in the league, while the Hornets are 25-18 ATS on the season. Take CHARLOTTE!

San Antonio at Houston 8:00 ET

Rockets (-) over Spurs - This is the second meeting of the season of these two with San Antonio winning at home in November as a 5.5-point underdog 121-110. Houston had won six of the previous seven meetings and going 5-2 ATS. This will be the match up between a pair of superstars with Wembanyama and Durant. It seems a bit strange that Houston was a favorite by more points (5.5) in the first meeting on the road and now with the game in NASA-LAND the number at -4 is shorter. Take HOUSTON!

Utah at San Antonio 5:00 ET

Spurs (-) over Jazz- The price is high but there is a vast difference in talent between these two clubs. It is a bad spot of Utah as Victory Wembanyama has heated up. The Jazz posted a 13-point win in San Antonio when they met in December and look for the Spurs to respond. Take SAN ANTONIO!

Charlotte at Denver 8:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Nuggets - I understand that Denver is without their ‘big guy’ but they have been holding their own and have made a decent account for themselves winning their last four and six of seven. The odds maker believes that Charlotte has a good chance of winning this game which is something they haven’t done against the Nuggets since December 2021 a span of eight games. This is the fifth road game on this west coast trip for the Hornets who have alternated wins and losses and are supposed to win today. Take CHARLOTTE!

LA Lakers at Portland 10:00 ET

Trailblazers over Lakers - I had to do a double take when I saw the line of this game with the feeling that Los Angeles should be the favorite, Los Angeles is looking to get to 10 games over .500 while the Blazers are struggling to get to the break-even point. These two have met twice before November 3rd and they split those games each winning on the other sides court. This time the home team take advantage. Take PORTLAND!

Minnesota at San Antonio 8:00 ET

T’wolves (+) over Spurs - One game separates these two clubs with San Antonio having the 28 wins to 27 win advantage. But, it is Minnesota that has won the past five meetings and eight of the past 10 encounters. In a scheduling oddity this is the third meeting of the season and the fifth straight meeting being played in Minnesota. The Wolves Anthony Edwards is a game time decision. Take MINNESOTA!

Boston at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Hawks (+) over Celtics - Atlanta returns home after four straight road games the last two against the Lakers and Trailblazers and have actually played eight of nine on the road. It has been a year to the day since last these two met a game that the Hawks won along with four of the past five meetings. Although, the Hawks have dropped their last two games and they feel that ‘less is more’ as the team rejoices the Trae Young trade. Take ATLANTA!

Charlotte at LA Lakers 10:30 ET

Hornets (+) over Lakers - Los Angeles ended a 3-game slide with a 25-point win over Atlanta on Tuesday while struggling Charlotte has dropped 3-of-4. The Lakers (-8.5) won the first meeting in Charlotte 121-111 and have won 5-of-6 head-to-head. The Lakers LeBron James is back in action while Austin Rivers remains sidelined. Take CHARLOTTE!

Boston at Miami 7:30 ET

Heat (+) over Celtics - Miami to me is like the Pittsburgh Steelers on the NFL. They win when not expected and will take you just so far before falling. Boston is not the threat that they have been because of major injuries and defections. Celtics have won seven of eight meetings including a 129-116 win in December. The thing here is that the Heat have better coach and for the most part give a professional effort. Take MIAMI

Utah at Chicago 8:00 ET

Jazz (+) over Bulls - The Utah Jazz are one of those bottom feeders who have taken advantage of the bookmakers numbers. Although winning only 14 of 39 games the Jazz are a more than respectable 22-17 ATS. The Jazz suffered their worst franchise loss (55 points) on Saturday, but rebounded for a win Monday over the Cavaliers. Chicago has won 5-of-6 meetings but right now is hurting with players sidelined. Take UTAH!

Toronto at Indiana 7:00 ET

Pacers (+) over Raptors - It is hard to believe that Indiana played for the NBA title last season but, with a pair of true superstars sidelined the Pacers have not been competitive losing 13 of their first 14 games. Toronto took advantage of Indy early winning twice in mid November. But, the Pacers have won their last three games. With the Raptors who finished 54 games under .500 the past two seasons gives the Pacers a decent shot. Take INDIANA!

Cleveland at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

Cavaliers +) over 76ers - I can not remember a game in all my years of handicapping such dramatic difference in ATS records. Usually, the ATS record will vary and after all games are added up the individual team records end up moving toward the middle (.500). Although Cleveland is above .500 SU their ATS record is one of the worst I have ever witnessed with their 12-29 ATS record they should ‘cover’ a lot of spreads the second half of the season. Philadelphia. has as many wins as the Cavaliers (22) but they have a ATS record 24-14. The 76ers should also move toward the middle in the second half of the year. Take CLEVELAND!

Portland at Golden State 11:00 ET

Warriors (-) over Trailblazers - When comparing these two clubs the stats say that they are just about the same with Portland (23-17) holding a huge ATS advantage over the Warriors (17-23). These two have met three times this season and the Trailblazers surprisingly enough have won and covered all three. The Warriors has won the previous seven meetings and tonight they return to form. Take GOLDEN STATE!

San Antonio at Oklahoma City 8:00 ET

Thunder (-) over Spurs - Defending Champion Oklahoma City was off to a fast start and many were betting that they would set the NBA single season record for total wins. But, a few injuries and reality set in and now they seem to be back on track winning 7-of-9. San Antonio have met the Thunder three times already this season and posted three wins and covers. OKC is0-5 ATS in the last five games overall. That shit stops tonight as the Thunder run away from the Spurs. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!

Denver at New Orleans 7:30 ET

Pelicans (+) over Nuggets - Denver is without their big man Jokic but it has not affected their play very much as the continue their all round good performances winning three-of their last four. What can be said about New Orleans, they are stuck in a extended rut and haven’t shown any signs of coming out of their situation as even getting the overall No. 1 draft pick doesn’t seem to help. The Pelicans have lost 10 of 11 and twice to the Nuggets when Jokic collected 50 points, 23 rebounds and 22 assists in those victories but he will be missing tonight. Tazke NEW ORLEANS!

Philadelphia at Toronto 7:30 ET

76ers (-) over Raptors - Toronto has made huge strides since the NBA season’s onset. The Raptors have won the past two meetings and six of the past seven meetings between the two squads. Philadelphia had won five of six up to yesterday’s 116-115 lost in Toronto and they fell without Embiid. Look for Paul George and Joel to return to action after time management rest. Take PHILADELPHIA!

San Antonio at Boston 8:00 ET

Celtics (+) over Spurs - This is the first meeting of the season between these two with Boston having won the past six encounters with or without Wembanyama in the lineup. San Antonio  is off of a win over the Lakers but have dropped 4-of-7 overall while the Celtics are off of win over the Raptors and are 8-2 SU in their last 10 games.Take BOSTON!

New York at Phoenix 9:00 ET

Knicks (-) over Suns - After dropping four straight New York rebounded with a home 123-111 win over the LA Clippers on Wednesday and begin a west coast swing without Josh Hart. Miles McBride will replace Hart and be assigned to guard James Harden. Phoenix returns home after going 7-2 in their last nine with 7-of-9 games on the road. The Suns are 9-1 ATS in last 10 games and open as an underdog…smells. Take NEW YORK!

LA Clippers at Brooklyn 7:30 ET

Nets (+) over Clippers - I sorta feel like they have posted the wrong side as the favorite. These two have mirror records for the road and away games with Los Angeles being 4-14 SU on the road and Brooklyn is 5-14 SU at home. The is the first meeting of the season between these two and the Clippers have won the past three including a sweep last year. LA has won 7-of-9 and might seem to be slighted here but not by the Nets. Take BROOKLYN!

Dallas at Utah 9:00 ET

Mavericks (-) over Jazz - the first thing that caught my eye about this game is that Dallas is actually favored on the road as this is a team with a 4-12 SU away record. This is the second meeting of the year in Utah with the Jazz (+1) winning the December meeting 140-133 in OT. This time around the Mavericks are favored by a healthy spread and it tells the difference of where the clubs were then and where they are now. Tale DALLAS!

Cleveland at Minnesota 8:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Timberwolves - These two clubs are similar in a number of ways. Although Minnesota has a better overall record by three games their point spread result fall in line with both teams under .500. Cleveland is 8-8 SU on the road while the Timberwolves are 8-11 ATS at home. This is the first meeting of the season between these two with the Cavaliers taking the two meetings last season covering both games as favorites. Minny has won the last three while the Cavs have won 4-of-5 although 0-3 ATS in last three. Internal issues surround the Wolves…take CLEVELAND!

Milwaukee at Golden State 10:00 ET

Warriors (-) over Bucks - Milwaukee ended a three game slide against the Warriors with a home 120-110 win in late October as a 7.5-point underdog. The Bucks are off of a win at Sacramento and have won four of their last five SU. Golden State was handed a one point 103-102 loss at the LA Clippers last time out. That contest in the only road game for the Warriors out of 11 games. Take GOLDEN STATE!

LA Lakers at New Orleans 8:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Lakers - Six of the Pelicans eight wins have come at home and they are actually 20-16-1 ATS over spite an 8-29 SU record. Los Angeles has been better than most on the road winning 12 of 17 and are a more than respectable 19-14 ATS on the season. The Lakers have won the last eight meetings including twice already this season with New Orleans getting the cover the last time out although they have dropped their last seven games SU overall. Two clubs moving in opposite directions clash…take NEW ORLEANS!

Denver at Brooklyn 3:30 ET

Nets (+) over Nuggets - Denver who has defeated Brooklyn five straight times is playing their fifth consecutive game on the road. The Nuggets lead the NBA in field goal percentage and are shooting over 50% from the floor. They have lost 3-of-4 and they are without Nikola Jokic for about a month and Michael Porter has missed the past two games and the Nuggets are 0-6 without him. Take BROOKLYN!

Atlanta at Toronto 7:30  ET

Hawks (+) over Raptors - Toronto has won and covered the past four meetings including twice already this season. It has been two months since their last encounter and they will meet again in Atlanta in two days. The Hawks have won their last two games after a miserable seven game losing streak when the failed to covered the spread going 0-7. Toronto just lost to Denver as a 7-point home favorite who were without Nikola Jokic. Take ATLANTA!

This is the first meeting of the year between these two and Cleveland won both encounters last season. Denver is in a bad spot without superstar Nikola Jokic the next month or so, and their back-up center strained his calf last time out and will not be available.
