Larry Cook is back with his week 13 NFL predictions. Larry puts his little handicapping tool to work again this week to reveal the scores that oddsmakers have predicted to occur in this week’s matchups. Use these predictions to pick more straight up winners in your buddy pool. They also serve as a better indicator of how to measure a matchup. Larry finds this tool particularly helpful with totals plays as it allows him to know how the books have measured each team so he can see if he agrees.
