Denver Broncos 20
Chicago Bears 21
Prior to the season, this was on the map as a big playoff caliber matchup. These teams have underachieved according to hype, but they are not out of the race quite yet. The Bears are a tough cookie at home this time of year and Vegas is giving them the slight edge against a stagnant Denver offense.
Tennessee Titans 24
Cincinnati Bengals 23
The oddsmakers like the Titans again, but the trend continues that they will not make it look easy. Cincy’s defense is not good enough here against Tennessee’s ball control offense.
Buffalo Bills 14
Jacksonville Jags 22
Jacksonville is starting to gel and the books feel they coast at home against a deflated Buffalo team following a terrible loss to New England.
Oakland Raiders 15
Kansas City Chiefs 20
The Raiders’ lack of offensive production leads the books to believe they can’t knock off their division rivals here.
Houston Texans 23
Cleveland Browns 27
Cleveland remain a tough out at home behind their smooth operating aerial attack.
Seattle Seahawks 24
St. Louis Rams 21
Back-to-back wins has earned St. Louis some more respect at home this week against first place Seattle, but at the end of the day oddsmakers feel the Seahawks are flat out better.
Minnesota Vikings 17
New York Giants 24
Peterson’s injury doesn’t have a whole lot of impact on this line. Books feel the Giants will expose Minnesota’s secondary.
New Orleans Saints 22
Carolina Panthers 19
The Panthers haven’t won at home all season and oddsmakers are predicting the end of the road for this veteran team.
Washington Redskins 17
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 21
The Bucs have put themselves in playoff contention. They have been very solid at home this season and Washington’s defensive lapse the past few weeks has oddsmakers giving Tampa the edge.
San Francisco 49ers 14
Arizona Cardinals 24
Arizona has also been a very good home team. The 49ers are struggling immensely and the books don’t see it ending this week.
Baltimore Ravens 15
San Diego Chargers 24
Not only is Baltimore’s offense struggling, but its defense is not getting the job done.
Philadelphia Eagles 14
New England Pats 36
Can the books possibly go any higher with the spread for New England games? The oddsmakers are putting out big numbers and scratching their heads.
Miami Dolphins 12
Pittsburgh Steelers 28
The books have the Steelers chalked up for redemption against the worst team in the NFL after going down to the lowly Jets last week.
