Info Plays Free Winner for Sunday

3* on Indianapolis Colts -1

Reasons why Indy covers the spread Sunday:

1.)  The 2 best cornerbacks for Green Bay are injured.  Al Harris is out for the season while Charles Woodson isn’t 100% even if he decides to play.  Also, safety Atari Bigsby is questionable, leaving the Packers very thin in the secondary.  Peyton Manning and company will have a field day with this defense through the air.  Green Bay has a solid offense, but Aaron Rodgers won’t be able to muster up enough points to make up for their banged up defense.

2.)  Indianapolis hasn’t lost in October in 4 years.  Tony Dungy has his team playing their best football of the season right now, which shouldn’t come as a surprise considering their October dominance.  It would be foolish to bet against this trend Sunday.

3.)  Indianapolis is 7-0 ATS vs. good passing defenses – allowing 5.7 or less passing yards/att. over the last 3 seasons.  The Packers usually have a solid passing defense, but that can’t be said this week with all the injuries they are facing.  The Colts are the best at finding weaknesses in a secondary, and Manning will pick apart this Green Bay defense Sunday.  The Colts are 6-0 ATS after allowing 3 points or less in the first half last game over the last 3 seasons.  Indianapolis only allowed Baltimore to score 3 points in a 31-3 win last week.  The Colts are finding a way to play great defense despite the loss of Bob Sanders.  The key is their defensive end play, with Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney reeking havoc in the backfield.  Aaron Rodgers will be in for a long day as he’s knocked to the ground all game long.  Bet Indy on the road.
