Jimmy Boyd is providing our readers a free basketball prediction tonight on the Pistons at the Raptors and he’s backing the visitors here tonight with 1 unit on the Detroit Pistons +8. The Raptors rested and the Pistons just played last night. The Pistons are coming off a big win over Orlando. Rip Hamilton and Tayshaun Prince are not expected to play. Still I don’t see all these elements warranting this big of a spread tonight. The Pistons are an improved team. They just beat a Magic team that took down the Raptors by 9 points 3 days ago. The Pistons dominated the Raptors going 6-1 SU & ATS against them the last 2 years and they are 3-1 SU & ATS in Toronto during this span. The Raptors are just 5-13 ATS in their previous 18 games as a favorite of 5.0-10.5 points. We’ll take the points 1 unit tonight.
