Seattle Seahawks 17
Green Bay Packers 25

Seattle poor showing on the road this season has oddsmakers more or less ignoring its rout of Washington last week. The books feel the Packers’ home success continues behind Brett Favre and company.

Jacksonville Jaguars 17
New England Patriots 30

Oddsmakers have made a habit out of putting New England in the double-digit chalk role this season. The Pats face the big chalk again in their first postseason game. With experience, home field, and the best QB/Receiver tandem in the league, oddsmakers feel the Pats will get another step closer history.

San Diego Chargers 19
Indianapolis Colts 28

When these teams faced earlier this season, the Bolts came out on top. That game was in San Diego and the Colts were banged up. Oddsmakers don’t seem to be using that game at all in figuring this week’s outcome. They like the Colts in the dome against a team that has been inconsistent on the road all season.

New York Giants 20
Dallas Cowboys 27

The Giants defense has not been able to stop the Cowboys this season and it has resulted in two double digit losses. The book’s do not feel the third time will be a charm as they have Dallas winning by a TD and a PAT at home in this one.

Larry Cook is coming off a 2-2 Wild Card weekend performance. A tough loss on Jacksonville by a half point in a game where the Jags blew an 18-point fourth quarter lead cost Larry and his clients the bacon. All he has to say is that there will be hell to pay for your bookmaker this week as Larry gets convincing revenge.
