New England Patriots v. New York Jets 2008 NFL Playoffs Odds

The third game between these two AFC East rivals show the Pats vs. Jets point spread at 8.5 with a total of 37.5.  The game will be played at Gillette Stadium, where the Jets upset New England earlier in the season.

New York beat the Raiders 23-3 to close the season, guaranteeing them a spot in the playoffs at 10-6 SU and 11-5 ATS.  Pennington was an accurate 22-of-30 for 157 yards and a TD while Leon Washington carried the ball 15 times for 53 yards and a touchdown.

The Patriots didn’t really have anything to play for, but came away with a 40-23 win as a three-point underdog last week.  Dillon had two rushing touchdowns while Maroney got their one time.  Brady was 15-of-24 for 225 yards and a score as well.
